Artisan Sterling & Mixed Metal Jewelry, Original Design
MeshelDesigns' Shop Policies
Thank you for visiting Meshel Designs. I'm so pleased that you found me. I've been addicted to the process of making beautiful, wearable art for over a decade, and I strive to continue to learn and improve my craft. I hope that you find something you like. I appreciate your support of myself and other independent artisans more than I can express.
Payment may be made to me in any way that you like. I accept PayPal, checks, money orders, cash or trade. I'm not sure how barter works here on etsy, but I think among artists, it's the greatest form of payment. I love receiving art for payment. I never have any money, but I'm rich in jewelry. I wish I could pay my bills in earrings some months!
For custom orders, I require a down payment of 30% - 50% at the time of ordering.
I generally ship by first class mail in the US, since jewelry is small and light weight and first class mail is safe and inexpensive. I haven't usually required insurance or delivery confirmation, but I may change that if I do ever have a problem. Please let me know if you need any item quickly. I'll be happy to upgrade your shipping to priority or express mail if you require it! Items that are ready to ship will be mailed within two-three days of receipt of order. Made to order pieces may take one week to mail.
Refunds and Exchanges
I want everyone to be happy with the pieces they get from me. If something ordered is not as expected, I will be happy to arrange an exchange or refund, minus shipping charges. For custom orders, I will not accept returns or remake items. However, I will make minor adjustments to the style or design to suit the wearer.
Additional Policies and FAQs
Wholesale and consignment accounts are welcomed. A minimum of ten pieces of the same or similar design must be purchased for wholesale pricing, unlike most items in my shop which are OOAK. Wholesale discount will depend on volume purchased, and will vary between 20 and 50 percent.
I'm a mom and a full time research assistant, but jewelry is my passion. Oh how I wish I could do this full time!
