Shop policies
Each of the pieces on display, though they may follow a theme, are individually hand made and unique. As I tend to work with found objects and upcycle, I work with a large range of materials and techniques.
I try to describe accurately the materials/components used but if you have any questions about my work please contact me.

Payment
I do not include any taxes in my prices and the buyer will be responsible for payment of any import duty or taxes.
If a shipping payment is applied please bear in mind this is not the cost of postage alone but, includes packaging etc.
LAYAWAY TERMS:
If you are short of funds but have found that 'special' item, a layaway plan can be arranged.
*Layaway is available on any item over £45.
*Basic Terms:
~25% down - non-refundable to hold the item.
~The balance must be paid off in 30 days or the entire
transaction will be forfeited.
~Once the item is completely paid for, it will be shipped.
*Payment:
~After the initial(non-refundable) 25% down-payment you are able to make
up-to 3 more payments on the remaining purchase amount.
~I will invocie you via Paypal for the remaining 3 payments
in weekly increments.
~You are always able to make a bigger payment than is
scheduled, just convo me to let me know what size payment
you'd like to make, before your next scheduled payment.
~Early payment is not a problem.
*Should you wish to use the layaway plan please convo me. I will then reserve the item for you and enable the "other" payment method at checkout. I will then let you know to go ahead, making your purchase selecting "OTHER" as the payment method when proceeding through checkout. Do not make payment at this time, I will invoice you via Paypal. I regularly check my Etsy account and will most likely respond before the end of the day.

Shipping
All items require a signature on delivery (unless otherwise stated) - please ensure someone is available to sign for your item.
Items undelivered because of a lack of a recipient signature may be returned to me. If this is the case and additional charges are incurred, such charges will be payable by you.
In the event that an item is shipped to the wrong address and the item is returned and this is an error on behalf of the buyer I will either:
1. If you wish I can re-ship the item to the correct address. But, I will need to invoice you via PayPal for the cost of re-shipping it I.e. I would need to send you a PayPal invoice for the cost of re-shipping as per the original order;
or
2. If you do not want you me to ship the item again, then I can reimburse you the cost of the item and cancel your order.
In the event that an item is shipped to the wrong address and the item is not returned and this is an error on behalf of the buyer there will be no refund.
