Announcement Currently we are still in operation during the Corona virus outbreak. We have only 3 of us working and so our risk is low. Also there are no confirmed cases in our immediate community. It arrived well packaged and included everything I needed for installation! It fit perfectly, is very sturdy, and we are so happy to finally have a safe stairway to our deck. Plus it looks great as well!

Jason is not only easy to work with, he is thorough, clear in communication which leaves nothing to wonder about when making this transaction. And, that's just the process of ordering and communication. The handrail is a perfect fit, better than his photos show them to be and so well packaged that even the USPS damaged box didn't affect the handrails at all.
Couldn't be happier - will return to buy more items if the need arises. Thanks very much Jason.
