My custom sign was made and shipped super fast and I tucked it away as it is a gift for my husband. Just got a chance to open it today and it was exactly what I was expecting. Metal and fabrication has always been a passion for me, whether it was a job for a customer, something I needed, or toys for my kids I have always enjoyed working with my hands and creating! Like many others in 2020, COVID hit my day job and slowed up profits very quickly, I have been self employed since I left college so I wasn't able to rely on a large corporation to keep an income coming my way. So what started as a means of supplemental income to get through the hard times has turned into so much more and I am forever grateful!

All of our items are made from 16ga mild steel, powder coated black, and painted your color of choice if black isn't your need. I do my best to get items out on time and in your hands! Frequently asked questions
Are signs weatherproof?
Yes as long as the powder coat or paint does not chip or scratch. We use mild steel that will rust if exposed to the elements. If your in need of a non rusting material we offer stainless steel through custom quotes. Prices are at least double for stainless steel.

My Item has been shipped but it hasn't been delivered?
There are circumstances that an item has been shipped but has not been delivered on its estimated delivery date. Unfortunately once it leaves our shop it is out of our control and we have no way of tracking it down. Your best option is to contact the courier that your item is being shipped with to find out where and why your package has been delayed. In most cases your item is on the way but is arriving late.
My sign arrived damaged!
Yeah it happens and it sucks! Don't worry, get in contact with us as soon as possible along with pictures of the damage and in most cases a replacement will be sent out.
Do you accept returns?
I don't accept returns due to the amount of customization in each project. However if there is an issue with your sign please contact me as soon as possible and we can look at options to make sure we provide an option you will be happy with. Please allow at least 24hrs for me to respond.
I requested a proof but have not seen one yet?
If you haven't received a proof within 48hrs of ordering, please check the following places first before contacting me. Etsy Messages, Email SPAM folder, the email address you registered with Etsy.
If you still cant find it contact me and I'll get one over to you in your preferred method.
FYI orders that requested a proof will not cut until the proof is approved.
How long until my order ships?
Most orders ship within 2 weeks of ordering or proof approval.
