Metal Taboo is an outlet for naughty. The phrases and feelings I use in my designs are not always socially acceptable, but most of them are used A LOT in everyday living. I give our everyday arrogance, vulgarity, frustrations, and angst a script in people's everyday lives.

It's a crazy world out there. And in all honestly, we're in some emotionally pressing times--war is abundant, money is scarce, spirits are breaking, and people are pissed. On the lighter side, everyone loves the rock star, the bad girl, and the villain. We all crave sex, music, and vices. I happen to expose both ends of the spectrum.

F.Y.I. I can likely make whatever you want. Custom is always encouraged as what goes on in your crazy little mind does not necessarily go on in mine ;)

Returns and exchanges
Satisfaction is my main priority. I guarantee my work and will repair or replace any item that breaks or is defective. Postage on returns will only be covered if the workmanship is faulty or it is some fault of Metal Taboo.

If you purchase a non-custom Metal Taboo item and are not completely satisfied, I will issue a store credit or exchange up to 14 days after receipt of the order.

PayPal, Direct Checkout, and Etsy Gift Cards are accepted.
Shipping
All items will be shipped using USPS first class mail. Orders ship within a week, but a shipping estimate will be emailed upon receipt of the order. If an order is needed by a specific date, please write a note in the "note to seller" box during checkout or send a conversation.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
There is no tracking on international mail. USPS' policy claims that international orders can take up to 45 days for delivery. After 45 days, if your package is not delivered, please contact us so we can figure out an alternative.

Metal Taboo is not responsible for lost mail. We will not refund or replace items lost in the mail for no cost. However, we will offer a special rate to replace the item. If extra protection is desired, contact us before purchasing so we can adjust shipping rates.
Additional policies and FAQs
Items are hand stamped so not all letters will be perfectly straight. Items are made to order. The piece pictured in the listing is not the exact one you will receive, but yours will be nearly identical. Custom orders will also have some variation in the lettering, but you can trust it will always look good!!!
