Seller was very responsive, professional, and asked me questions about my home to make sure that I got the most accurate report. I was able to download the digital file and use my notability app on my iPad to take notes. I highly recommend this item and seller. Thank you !

2 out of 5 starsHonestly I felt it was very simple. This was my first purchase of an item like this. Maybe my expectations were just off. For that reason I gave the item quality a 3. I had numerous emails with the seller prior and he was very very responsive. In fact he was emailing me for the information to complete the order. So customer service is excellent.
