How do I and when can I download my files?
After Etsy processes your payment, you will receive an email with a link to your downloads. You can always access your downloads by visiting your Etsy Profile > Purchases and Reviews. We recommend downloading the instruction sheet to help you choose the correct file for your size requirement.
In what format are the images?
All the high-quality 300 DPI images are coming with a PNG version and a PDF version to be printed and adjusted to all formats.
Custom and personalised orders
There is a range of options, from large department-style stores such as Walgreens, Walmart, Officeworks, etc. as well as places like FedEx, Kinkos, and Staples. Online printers such as SnapFish are also an option. Smaller dedicated print and frame shops often offer the best quality. Many of these places have a website that allows for uploading them and having them posted out or you can pop in with your files on a USB drive.Framebridge is another option for printing and framing, with delivery to your door.
