With over 13 years of experience in graphic design, Metro-designs is now providing do-it-yourself customized event and party supplies sold only on Etsy. You will find unique and creative party ideas for boys, girls special holidays and events.

►►It is the buyers responsibility to provide the information that they want on the custom design(s). If you do NOT provide the correct information before your order is sent, there WILL be additional charges for any revisions that are needed if the information was not provided correctly. Each revision is $3, revisions include: time changes, address changes, date changes, name changes, age changes, contact changes, spelling errors made by the buyer, punctuation errors, grammar errors, changes to any content of the text that was provided in the information given upon ordering. Metro-Events Does NOT proof read and/or make grammar corrections. It is the buyers responsibility to make sure that the name(s), age(s), date(s), RSVP, time, location, registry, spelling, grammar, punctuation and ANY special notes are provided as it is wanted on the design. IF there is an error on your design after it is completed and sent you will need to pay for the revision. IF there is an error that is created by Metro-Events, being that it does not match the information that was provided upon placing the order Metro-Events will fix the error free of charge.
****IF you are unclear about what a revision please ask for more information before purchasing.

*** You can not use a phone for large downloads. This is not because of the files that are provided. This is because the technology on phones doesn't allow large file downloads such as these.

***If you have ordered multiple DIY files, they will be sent to you via wetransfer which is a file transfer site that is free and easy to use. You don't have to sign up for anything you will receive an email saying that you have a transfer and there is a download button in the body of the email for you to click for your transfer.

Shipping

Printed items ships to US and Canada residents. You will be provided with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Production time may vary, if you are in need for something rushed please contact me through the Etsy message system before placing an order, rush orders are available for some items at an additional fee. All shipping unless otherwise discussed is UPS ground shipping.

For printed orders, the artwork will need to be approved by 9am for the production to begin that day. If for some reason it is not the production will begin the following business day. Printing and shipping are Monday-Friday except for holidays.

● All files are in English if you need the files in another language please contact Metro Events. You will need to provide all translations from English to your language bilingual translations are not available. There will be additional charges for creating files in another language.
● You may print as many as you need: This file is for personal use only! You may not forward, share, sell or distribute the file.

● All party files are sold as shown and described and DO NOT INCLUDE customizations of graphics, fonts, colors, size changes or any other design element. If you would like custom colors, graphics or designs please contact Metro Events for more information.
►Work on orders STARTS FROM THE MOMENT the order is processed through ETSY. ORDERS MAY NOT BE CANCELED once work begins.

This purchase is non-refundable due to the custom nature of the order.
● Metro-Events is NOT responsible for printing problems that may occur. We are only responsible for the items sold in this shop which includes digital files ONLY.
● If the printer you select declines printing your items, Metro-Events is not responsible for the polices other companies have in place. No refunds will be issued for policies other companies may have. Please check with your printer before purchasing these digital files.

Items are NON-Refundable due to the nature of the item: custom printing and/or digital files.
►If you do not include the information in the order notes or provide the info through Etsy's message system within 24 hours of placing your order it will be canceled and you will be refunded. Items can not be created if the information isn't made available to create them.

►Digital files - This purchase is non-refundable due to the custom nature of the order.*Please note: If there are errors on your file(s) and we have not been notified about the errors before you print the file we are not responsible for paying for your printing. You will have your files created for you the files created as requested, however it is your responsibility to proof read the designs before you print them. Mistakes to occur from time to time, so please check your files before you print them.

Refunds will not be given for color issues, printers and monitors vary in color if you have a specific color that needs to be matched please contact me before ordering. I will work with you on providing the proper colors through print tests and color swatches.

►Printed Orders - This is not refundable, if there is an error in the printing ie ink smudge or type offset then it will be replaced. You will receive a pdf proof before any product is printed. Flat invitations do NOT come with envelopes.

►►Once you approve your design to the print process you are agreeing that you are fully satisfied with the document layout and content and you accept responsibility for any errors therein. Metro-Designs will assume that you have verified the spelling, grammar, content and layout, etc. are all correct and it will not accept any liability for errors such as misspelling, grammar, damaged fonts, punctuation, transparency, overprint, improper layout, bleeding, erroneous cut or fold lines, die lines or crop marks, sizing, etc.

* Additional and specific set ups are an additional cost please contact me for a quote. Once I have received your information I will set-up the file(s) accordingly however I do not guarantee that they will print properly unless I am providing the print services for you. There are a number of reasons why the print might be off it for example the provided template is incorrect or your printer preferences are not set to print on the template correctly.

* RECOMMENDED paper, 11mil, 61lb professional photo paper, matte double sided.
For stickers I recommend purchasing Single sheet labels 8.5" x 11". The files are not formatted to any specific label brand.

* You can purchase circle cutters at any arts and craft store. These are very helpful especially if you are cutting a lot of things out, and the kids can help using these too!

*NOTE: COLORS ARE AS SHOWN IF YOU WANT COLOR CHANGES PLEASE CONTACT ME BEFORE ORDERING AS THIS IS CONSIDERED FULL CUSTOM AND THERE ARE ADDITIONAL CHANGES FOR FULL CUSTOMIZATION.

*Please note colors seen on screen may differ upon printing depending on the quality of the printer

*Flat printed invitations do not come with envelopes.

The preview you see on this page is low resolution (72 dpi ) and NOT print quality. The printable card that you receive will not have the watermark on it.

You can use these images in printed form, in any personal or commercial project, in your handmade, non-digital, original works of art, cards, etc. Use them for gift tags, cards, scrapbooking, bookmarks , magnets, iron-on-transfer ornaments etc.

Once payment has finalized I will email the high resolution JPG files within 3 business days (business days are Monday - Friday).

- Invitations & Posters are printed within 2-4 business days, they are shipped via UPS ground shipping.
- Banners are printed within 5-7 business days, they are shipped via UPS ground shipping.

Refunds and Exchanges
If there is an error on one or more of your items please contact me A.S.A.P. and I will fix the errors and provide you with a new corrected file.

Due to the personalized nature of our products, NO REFUNDS will be granted after the design work involved has been finalized for printing or your digital file has been sent to your email box.
