Returns and exchange details
Due to the nature of the product, we do not accept returns on fabric. We do our very best to make sure the product images are an accurate representation. The only way to see an image exactly as it is intended to be seen is to calibrate your monitor. Because I have no control over whether or not a customer does this with their computer, I cannot be responsible for variations in color representations on different monitors.

Idaho residents will pay 6.0% sales tax.
Etsy calculates and remits sales tax for the following states : Washington, Pennsylvania
This tax (if applicable) will automatically add to your total at checkout.
Shipping
USPS
We ship most orders through USPS. Orders are shipped within one business day. For smaller, lightweight orders, we ship First Class, which typically takes a little longer but can save you money on shipping costs. Other orders are shipped Priority Mail. On rare occasions we may use FEDEX or UPS. A tracking number will be provided for all shipments with the exception of patterns.

Significant shipping overcharges are refunded (over 2.00) We are happy to set up custom listings so you are not overcharged for shipping.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS & CUSTOMS FORMS
We can ship internationally if requested. Delivery confirmation is not available for international packages when shipped first class or priority flat rate envelope. International Customers assume all responsibility for their package. We are not responsible for any fees incurred through customs. We are required to mark "merchandise" and the actual amount paid for your merchandise on all customs forms. Please do not ask us to alter this information to lower your custom fees.

When buying multiple items, it is best to convo us and have us set up a custom listing for you that includes your entire order because Etsy overcharges on shipping and we incur fees with each individual item purchased.

WHY DID YOU CONTACT ME SAYING YOU ARE SHORT ON FABRIC OR OUT OF STOCK WHEN I WAS ABLE TO PURCHASE IT FROM YOUR SHOP?
We do our best to keep our listings as accurate as possible, sometimes due to manufacturer shortages or inventory error we have less fabric than we thought. This rarely happens, and we are sorry for the inconvenience.
Privacy
To fulfil your order, you must provide me with certain information (which you authorized Etsy to provide to me), such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information (for a custom order), if you contact me directly.
