The item did not work well for me. Can I return for a refund or exchange for another item?

Our products are made to order. Because of our investment in material and labor, all sales are final. Be advised, there is a 30% restock fee and you will have to pay for shipping out of pocket.

My item was damaged/defective when received. Can I return the item for a refund or have my item replaced?

If a product is received damaged/defective, please contact us within 3 days of receiving. We will refund or replace your item. Sometimes items are mishandled during transit time. When this occurs, we do everything possible to correct the situation through the delivery company and if appropriate, we will send out replacements.
