I'm from the US, do I have to pay tariffs/brokerage fee?
No. All packages are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), so there are no extra charges for you. We pre-pay all duties and fees in advance. The payment you make on Etsy is the only payment required. No hidden charges, no surprises. Peace✌️
Tracking your order / No tracking service purchased
If you choose not to purchase a tracking service at checkout, keep in mind that you will be responsible for it and there is no way for me to track your package. In case of loss in the mail, it is your own responsibility, and not ours with NO exceptions.
Returning items from a free-shipping order (US customers only)
Once we receive your returned items, the shipping and tariff costs we originally covered will be deducted from your refund. For non-free-shipping orders, only the tariff costs will be deducted.
Child Safety / Food Grade Safe?
My miniatures should be kept away from young children due to small parts that could break off (choking hazard) (Children under 14). For food grade safe, the answer is NO, none of the items in my store can be used as a cookware.
Scale and size - Before placing an order
While our items are listed with their respective scales (1:6 or 1:12), actual sizes may vary due to differences in real-life dimensions. We strongly recommend reviewing the specific measurements provided on the description page and comparing them to your dollhouse items BEFORE placing an order. If you don't check them in advance and later on complain about this, it becomes your problem. Don't make that happen.
What if the item arrived damaged?
Take pictures of the broken item and forward it to our message box within 2 days. We will handle it from there.
Shipping address and an address with multiple units in the same building, village....etc
If you notice you have a wrong address after placing an order, contact us immediately. We are not responsible after it is shipped. Postmen won't bother to spend time to find which unit you live, make sure you have the unit number saved to the Etsy address.
Invoices are attached on the OUTSIDE of the box for all European, Singapore and some US orders
It is mandatory to attach the invoice on the OUTSIDE of the box to prevent you from getting double taxed. If you want us to put the invoice inside the box and are willing to take the risk, please let us know.
Scale and size - After placing an order
By placing an order with us, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the scale and size specifications listed on the product description page. Returns due to personal preference in scale or size will not be accepted.
What does "Set of 4" means?
This means the listing includes exactly 4 pieces — no more, no less. This naming style is consistent across our entire store.
