I am happy to take custom orders but please understand that they will take 7-10 days to complete and be mailed out. Returns and exchanges
No refunds will be given unless there has been an error on the part of the seller.
Payment
Payment must be made via credit card or PayPal.
Shipping
Items will be placed 5-7 business days after the order is placed, if not sooner. All items are shipped via USPS first class mail unless priority shipping is purchased. A tracking number is included for all shipments. You can find your tracking number on your Etsy order page once the item has been shipped.

PLEASE be aware that once shipped, I am not responsible for lost, damaged or delayed packages. The estimated arrival date provided by USPS is not guaranteed (even with Priority shipping), and any errors or delays caused by USPS are not my responsibility. Refunds will not be given for items that were shipped on time but did not arrive in a timely manner because of USPS delays.
