Frequently asked questions
Gift wrapping and packaging
All prints will arrive un-matted (unless otherwise specified by customer), hard-backed and in a cello wrapper, and enclosed in a hard-sided envelope.
We carefully wrap, package and ship all orders within 5 business days. If breakage or damage to the item occurs during shipment, please email me or send a private message and a replacement will be sent out once the damaged piece is returned.
All packages will be shipped through USPS with a tracking number.
International Shipping
Shipping charges for international orders are for Parcel Post and can take up to 4 - 5 weeks for delivery due to customs and transit delays. We cannot be held responsible for delays or losses due to customs and transit processes.
If you wish to ship your item(s) through International Priority Mail with insurance, please email or message us and we will calculate the additional charges for you!
*Please note: customers outside the US are responsible for any customs charges, should they occur.
