Do you do custom / personalized orders?
We offer a variety of customizable items and can often offer a custom designed piece.
For all custom orders, we ask that our clients explore our current work to get an idea of our aesthetic, and what the piece will turn out to be similar to.
We require full payment for custom orders before work is begun.
Our custom listings take time, and we do not always have the time to devote to them. Please message us to inquire whether we are currently accepting custom orders.
All custom designs are my own - and I reserve the right to re-sell or re-purpose all custom designs for future Michele Therese products.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Yes! If you would like to request a refund or exchange, please message me within 14 days of receiving the item. Shipping costs and re-stocking fees may apply.
We do not provide refunds for items that do not reach you in time for a date needed unless it was explicitly guaranteed in a message from us before purchase. We never guarantee a specific delivery date for items being sent outside of the U.S., as it's always possible there will be delays at customs.
