I don't want anyone to feel cheated. I try to describe/measure/photograph my items as accurately as possible. If you are not happy with my work, I will refund your money, less shipping, provided the item is returned in the same condition in which it was purchased. If shipping was included in the purchase price, actual shipping cost will be deducted from that amount. Custom orders are refundable at my discretion, dependent on whether or not I feel it could be resold.

Due to problems with other methods of payment, I only accept Pay Pal, Etsy gift certificates and Etsy direct checkout. I will reserve items for 7 days, and if payment is not received, the item is open to everyone.

I ship to the address you provide on your Etsy invoice. Names and addresses on Etsy accounts frequently differ from that of the buyer's pay-pal account, this is your responsiblity. PLEASE make sure you address is correct! All US orders ship with Delivery Confirmation, so we both have record of delivery. You can track your purchase via a link in Pay Pal, or on your electronic Etsy receipt. I always ship with USPS. I do combine shipping, and if an order is really large piece wise, I will refund shipping charges over $1.00 not actually incurred. Since my items are relatively inexpensive, I do not routinely add insurance. Please request it if you want insurance, additional fee will apply.
I do ship internationally, but it became prohibitively expensive in Jan 2013. Convo for a shipping quote. Regarding international orders, some countries postal services are more reliable than others, and I cannot be responsible for packages once they leave the US. The buyer is responsible for any duty imposed by their home country.

I price my items according to what I would actually pay for an item if I found it at a craft expo. My intention is to NOT rip anybody off. I package my items very well, but I cannot forsee postal disasters. Once a package leaves my hands, I cannot be responsible for how it arrives. You are always welcome to pick up a purchase from me if you live in the neighborhood! In the event I have made a shipping boo-boo (wrong item, missing item), please convo me with problems prior to leaving negative feedback. I always make good on my mistakes.
Where feedback is concerned, all paid customers receive positive feedback immediately. Unlike most sellers, I don't wait to see what you give me. What's more positive than a paid order? As long as you've held up your end of the bargain, I have no reason to complain!
I generally do not sell wholesale. The time it takes to seek out specific words or pictures is imense, and to sell wholesale is not worth my time and effort. If you are interested in a volume discount of items already listed, convo me and we may be able to come to an agreement (I have done it before).
Much of my packaging is recycled. All the poly bags and bubble wrap I package with are on their second lives. The brown paper my 'logo' is printed on was once packaging material for tools.
