New diets recently gaining notoriety are the MIND and Ornish diets. They both call for the use of plant-based food and the MIND includes berries and nuts. The benefits of the MIND are basically for brain health and to fight against Alzheimer’s disease and decline of mental acuity. The Ornish diet contends it can reverse the ills of aging and ravages of chronic disease and cancers.
We believe that adding microgreens to your diet can add supplemental nutrition to achieve some of the effects of the previously mentioned diets. Microgreens have been shown to have anywhere from 10-100 times the amount of certain nutrients of the same healthy plants that you buy in the market.

5 out of 5 starsThe seller went above and beyond to put together a kit to meet my needs. I was trying to have a revolving supply of fresh microgreens for my bearded dragon. We are currently on the second tray in his tank and he loves it! I could not get Spike to eat any greens so I was trying this to get him interested in eating healthier along with enrichment... but also keeping the humidity down in his enclosure. The humidity did go up slightly with the plants inside the enclosure, from 10% to 15-20%, but still stayed in an acceptable range. Spike and I are super happy with our purchase!

This was my first purchase from this shop and I really wanted to support local being from Hawai’i as well. I am so glad I found his shop! This was my first time doing micro greens and he made it sooo easy to do! Instructions were clear and easy to follow. My kids loved seeing the whole process from start to finish as did I. I highly recommend supporting this shop! You will not be disappointed! Much mahalos!
