Every Sale Saves a Life

Monty was fortunate enough to have the finest medical care available. This shop was built in his memory so that less fortunate animals could have the comfort and care they so desperately deserve.

For every animal that dies in a shelter, a human is responsible.

Whenever you shop at Midnight Acres, you are donating to feed, shelter and help provide first rate medical care to these abandoned, abused and feral animals.

Ed the cat: who had gangrene of the face to the bone. Left to suffer and die in the woods.

Claudette: sadly died during Hurricane Sandy, leaving behind a newborn litter of seven kittens, and all were adopted out!

James and his brother David, kittens found taped shut in a boot box at a local dump two years ago, now thriving.

Dino- left to die alongside his two dead, crushed siblings in a pillow case on the side of Route 130 in Bordentown NJ. Living in a Bedminster mansion!

Dexter- a bird whose leg was ripped off by cruel children in an outdoor hockey rink, adopted by me.

Sadly the list is longer still, but every dollar spent here has saved so many lives! THANK YOU ALL!

  • Monty the Cat

My name is Monty. I was diagnosed with incurable stomach cancer when I was seven years old. My medical care bought me five precious, happy and healthy years. It is in my memory that Midnight Acres exists. Everyone, be kind to the animals. Monty..

  • Adam

    Maker, I Was Rescued.

Adam was an infant when I rescued him. Medical issues may have cut his life short, but he had a happy life, full of love, kisses and play. He will truly be missed. Rest in Peace little boy.

  • Spencer

Hello Etsy friends, my name is Spencer. I live the good life now, despite having Feline Herpes. I am very healthy and happy (save the occasional fever) I am adored by my adopted mother and I have 3 brothers to play with. Thanks for your support!

  • Evan

My name is Evan. I lived in a recycling plant. My diet consisted of roaches, dead rats and rotten food. I am now happy (fat!) and healthy in my wonderful home. Thank you!

  • Deacon

Sadly, my owner could not afford my $200 emergency bill when I was bit on the neck by something wild. I had a huge fever and I almost died. Thanks to you, my bill was paid and I am now in a good home where I get plenty of love and cat beds!

  • Dexter

I belonged to someone. I must have made a mistake and flew away. I landed in a hockey rink near Midnight Acres. Some cruel children ripped my leg off. Thankfully I was saved, and I lived a very nice life.

  • Miles

I have brain damage but I'm a very good boy. The pound was about to put me down because I wasn't like all the other kittens, but I was adopted out by some very patient people who love me. I have a fantastic home now!

  • Lloyd Christmas

    Curator, Adopted!

Lloyd Christmas came to Midnight Acres with frostbite to his ears. A de-clawed male, he had no way to hunt after his abandonment, so his teeth broke from trying to eat garbage (cans etc). HE HAS BEEN ADOPTED TO AN ETSY FRIEND!!! AMEN!

  • Garreth

    Car Accident Victim

I was nothing. Abandoned. Nameless. Broken tail, broken leg; the back of my ear ripped clean off my skull. I now have purpose. I also have a fancy name; It's Garreth, and I'm pleased to meet you!
