5 out of 5 starsWonderful project for a beginner like myself, it was my first time using a punch needle and it was great to have this high quality material to learn with. Punch needle is very forgiving so I could undo and re-do the parts I did at the beginning that weren't so even. The kit comes with enough yarn for at least two projects! I wish it came with a second pattern/design :-) but will explore creating my own. I love that I have these tools now. Thanks so much!

Once upon a time...
Midnight Creative was born in the between hours – between chasing after my two younger sons and worrying after my now grown one, between friendships and marriage, between career building and homemaking. Between it all, I was constantly looking for moments to create and express myself through craft.
While I have explored everything from stitching felt books, painting fairytale-themed matryoshka dolls, and playing with polymer clay, it wasn’t until I stumbled upon punch needle rug hooking in 2016 that I knew I had found the medium that I was meant to pursue more fully.
Often called "painting with wool" punch needle lent itself well to a graphic designer and serial crafter like myself who had a variety of projects in mind, while allowing me to delve deeper into a single medium. My work is often influenced by my German-Canadian heritage, and motifs found in nature.

Midnight Creative was opened to help you inject creativity into your own life. Short on time? Project kits make it easy to skip the planning and preparing, and just get down to the fun stuff - punching! Supplies for beginners and seasoned rug punchers help you tell your own unique stories in wool.
In 2019, I became a Certified Oxford Punch Needle Instructor, and offer workshops in and around Calgary, Alberta, Canada. My Oxford training ensures I can further support you on your punch needle journey by providing sound advice and guidance with your projects. Questions are always welcome!
Punch needle rug hooking is meditative, expressive, and reflective. I hope you'll join me in squeezing in a little creativity in the between hours.

Canadian Shipping Information
All orders within Canada are sent via Canada Post regular parcel service. Regular parcel estimates around 3-9 business days and is the most cost effective shipping option within Canada. Please take holiday shipping into consideration and be aware that shipping times may vary based on Canada Post. If you require faster shipping, message me for an estimate.
USA Shipping Information
All orders to the USA are sent via USPS first class through a third party shipping company within Canada to ship via USPS. This keeps shipping costs low for my American customers. All USA parcels include insurance and tracking information. Shipping times are estimated between 4-9 business days.
International Shipping Information
Please contact me for a shipping estimate. All International orders are sent via USPS first class through a third party shipping company within Canada to ship via USPS/Asendia. This keeps shipping costs low for my international customers.
Duty: Your country MAY charge import fees; I am not made aware of these at time of shipping, and any and all fees charged by the destination Country are the responsibility of the BUYER. Your mail carrier may hold your parcel until such fees are paid.
All parcels include insurance and tracking information.
Orders outside the US and Canada may take anywhere from 3-6 weeks to arrive depending on your Country.
