Customer service is my #1 priority, if you are unhappy with your purchase in any way, please contact me so we can work on it together!
Please pay within 3 days of purchasing your item. Canceled transactions will only happen if I, the seller, and you, the buyer, have agreed upon it prior to cancellation.
PayPal is my preferred way of being paid, but I also accept money orders and cashier checks. Please note that your payment has to clear before I ship out. This includes an e-check used through PayPal. It usually takes 5 days for an e-check to clear.
I ship through USPS. Most items will ship First Class and will arrive 3-5 days after I drop it off to be shipped. Other items may ship Priority Mail and will arrive 2-3 days after I drop the item off to be mailed. If you need your item faster, please contact me so I can set up a custom listing with increased shipping fees.
All items (except international orders) will have a delivery confirmation number. If you are ordering from somewhere outside of the United States, delivery confirmation is not available.
If you would like insurance on your item, please contact me prior to paying for your item so I can send you a revised invoice. Insurance will ONLY be added when they buyer requests it.
I usually ship domestic orders a couple of times during the week, and international orders once a week.
Refunds and Exchanges
If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me prior to leaving feedback. I want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.
If you do not find your purchase satisfactory, you can return it in it's original condition for a full refund. Return shipping is at your own expense. Once I receive the item and it is in satisfactory condition, I will issue you a refund.
If some or all of your items are damaged, please return them to me for an exchange. Return shipping is at your own expense, but the re-mailing of the new item will be at my own.
Lost, Damaged, Stolen Items from Packages:
I am not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen product from shipped packages once they are mailed. I have no control over the postal service. If you are worried about your item being lost, damaged, or items being stolen, please contact me so I can add insurance to your package. International packages may take up to 45 days to get to you. Rest assured, this is usually not the case, the the postal service has that deadline in their policies for claims on lost packages when insurance is purchased.
