Payment is expected at time of checkout, unless we have received communication from you.

In the event of non-payment we will contact you. If we do not hear from you we will contact Etsy admin to report non-payment.

Methods of Payment:

*PayPal using your credit card. A PayPal account is NOT required if you're using a credit card.
*If you are sending a check or money order please contact us.
We refund all excess shipping over $2 on domestic packages.

If you want a specific type of shipping you must have communication with us and be sure that we have received this request. The buyer is responsible for all additional shipping charges.

If your shipping address is different than that in your PayPal account please be sure we are aware of the correct shipping address. Buyer is responsible for any additional shipping fees accrued because of undeliverable packages.

We ship at least twice a week via USPS. We occasionally use FedEx for larger packages. This is done at our discretion.

We refund all excess shipping over $5 on international packages.

We ship international orders USPS First Class International Mail. This service does not offer tracking and takes an unspecified time to arrive. The buyer is responsible for any customs fees or duties due upon delivery. International shipping is once a week, usually on Monday.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. If you would like to insure your package additional fees will apply. If you receive a damaged package please take it up with your local post office. Be sure to photograph damaged package before opening.

In the event that the shipping has been underestimated you will be contacted and sent an invoice for the additional shipping amount. This rarely happens and it is usually on large international orders.

Please convo us for any additional services you would like on your shipment.

All sales are final.

All orders sent with USPS may have shipping insurance added, see Shipping for more info. Once your package has been given to the shipping carrier it is the carriers responsibility to deliver the package. Domestic orders will receive a tracking number with delivery confirmation via email. This does not guarantee that you will be able to track the movement of the package day by day. If you want detailed tracking info please message us when you place your order.

If you are concerned about your package please contact your local post office.
