My Name's Irene, I'm a passionate bridal designer based in Saint Petersburg, Russia.
I'm in love with our beautiful northern city and it's dreamy romantics.

Outstanding architecture, a strong mixture of European traditions and unique Russian culture, magnificent history of ballet and art — this is the list of things that inspire me every day.

I create my wedding dresses thinking of equally unique bride. She is free, feminine and ready to mix hard and soft in her personal style.

Every single gown in handmade in my own studio in Saint Petersburg. From sketch to final stitch we do everything by our team. We always make sure to pick the best quality materials, order our laces from Europe and like to experiment with fabrics which are not so common for bridal dresses.

Returns and exchange details
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Orders may only be canceled for a full refund when canceled within 24 hours placing the order. Other than that all sales are FINAL, no refunds are available. All our pieces are handmade and made-to-order. Due to this, we are unable to accommodate returns.

ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS
Through PayPal, we gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. You are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although, if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.
Shipping
SHIPPING METHOD
All orders are shipped with EMS Russian Post safely packed in a cardboard box and a plastic bag.

AVERAGE SHIPPING TIME
USA and Australia - 10-14 days, Europe 8-12 days.
But don't wait till the last minute, we recommend ordering your wedding gown at least 2-3 months prior to your wedding date.

RUSH ORDERS
Please contact us for cost information on rush production or expedited shipping.

LOST PACKAGES AND SHIPPING INSURANCE
Once we send an item, it is at the mercy of the carrier. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance (this option is available at checkout). We do not reimburse or replace items that have been delayed, undelivered, lost or damaged during shipping. We ship to exact address provided by the Buyer.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
Buyers are responsible for all import and customs fees associated with their purchase. We encourage international shoppers to be aware of their country's fees before purchasing.
Additional policies and FAQs
PRODUCTION TIME
Please allow 2-4 weeks for production of your handmade gown. Production period may vary during the year and become shorter or longer, depending on high/low wedding season, current production load, etc. You'll always find actual production times in description of your selected item.

SIZING
By default, all of our dresses are made-to-order in standard sizes, not custom-made to your measurements. Milamira size chart is available in the description to each item in our shop. Size chart reflects body measurements, not garment measurements, and may not reflect your usual size in ready to wear clothing. Please be aware that bridal sizing is often smaller than ready-to-wear sizing. Don’t be alarmed if the size your measurements indicated is not the size you normally buy off the rack. If a new dress is needed due to an incorrect size ordered, you will be charged full price for the dress, including rush fees if applicable. Milamira Bridal is not responsible for changes in size due to weight gain or loss.

CUSTOM SIZING
We offer custom sizing - please contact us for further information.

SUPPORT
We'll gladly recommend the best size of gown for you and guide you through measurements taking process. Just send us a message before placing an order.

ALTERATIONS
You should expect to have alterations done in order to get the perfect fit of your wedding dress. Milamira Bridal does not offer alteration services and is not responsible for the cost of alterations, so please choose your size carefully.
If not agreed otherwise, all dresses are made to size ordered, not custom made to specific measurements. The price of the dress does not include alterations. We are not responsible for any alterations made after you receive the garment. We always recommend choosing larger size if a measurement falls between sizes. It is much easier to take in a dress than deal with one that is too small.

SAMPLES
Samples of fabrics used in production of Milamira gowns can be provided on request free of charge (you'll only have to cover shipping fee). However receipt of fabric sample doesn't give a 100% guarantee that the same fabric would be used in production. We're dependent on our fabric suppliers and in rare cases when one fabric/color gets out of stock we replace it with matching substitute.

CUSTOMIZATIONS
All our gowns and accessories can be customized to match your needs. If you wish to make changes to any Milamira item please contact us for pricing and production time. If you decide on customizations after making your payment, we will happily issue a PayPal invoice for the price difference.

HAND MADE ITEMS
Because all our pieces are handmade, there may be small discrepancies between your product and the one photographed on the model. We do our best to make our reproductions exact, but we are human.
