Hi and Happy Holidays!
I’ll be out of town for the holidays, so all orders for stationery items (stickers, bookmarks, etc.) pins, and, BDWAB placed after December 18th (11:59EST) will be shipped starting January 3rd when return.
Take advantage of he sale prices during this period for awesome savings on stickers to start your 2023 planners and reading journals off right and decorate any new devices you got for Christmas!
Other items will ship as usual, and I’ll be answering messages, but may be slower to respond over the last few weeks of the year.

Can you include a card and/or gift message with my order?
Unfortunately, some suppliers don't allow the inclusion of gift messages, so this option is disabled for the shop.
Please note that adding a gift message in the note to the seller or personalization fields will not be printed as a gift message to the recipient.

Sizing details
All of our apparel listings have size charts to help you find the perfect fit!
As a rule, adult sizes are unisex cut and women should usually size down from their usual size in women's clothes. This will still allow for a comfortably roomy fit- perfect to pair with leggings or shorts.
The shirt is equally flattering for men- in this case, it's probably best to order your usual size.
Do you offer Expedited Shipping?
For apparel and home items, we offer rush shipping that offers delivery 1-3 business days after production. This varies by zip code and the items purchased, but usually starts at an additional $25. Rush Processing is not available.
For stickers, bookmarks, acrylic items, magnets, pins, and other stationery items we offer rush shipping with rush processing included on some items. This starts at an additional $10 but varies by zip code.

Rush Shipping on items in one category will not automatically include an upgrade on other items in other categories.
Custom and personalized orders
If you're interested in adding this to your order please add the items to your cart and check out with "rush shipping quote" and your zip code in the note to seller field before purchasing.
Then check out for your cart and I'll get back to you ASAP with a quote for your shipping.
Please keep an eye out for a response with a quote and invoice for the adjusted rate! It's important you check out for the shipping upcharge as soon as possible, as I will wait to produce and send the item until payment is secured.

How do I add rush shipping to my order?
If you're interested in adding expedited shipping to your order please add the item to your cart with "rush shipping quote" and your zip code in the note to seller field prior to purchase.
Then purchase the item and I'll get back to you with a quote and invoice for the adjusted price.
Please check your messages and check out for the rush shipping ASAP so there is no delay in production.
If you want to add rush shipping to an order that you've already purchased, we may be able to upgrade you. If you haven't already received a shipping notification please reach out with your zip code to see if this is an option on your order.

Where is my order? When will it ship/arrive?
The order confirmation sent to your Email by Etsy Transactions (search inbox for MileLongTBRboutique) shows when your order is estimated to arrive.
If you've received a shipping notification, your account should have tracking, if applicable, that gives more information about its status.
Orders of stationery items will not have tracking.
APP USERS: Go to the "You" section on the bottom right & click "Purchases"
MOBILE/PC USERS: Go to "Purchases and Reviews" section on your account at the top left of the window
Please keeping mind these are only estimates- we're not able to guarantee courier delivery & USPS is amazing but delays are possible. Please allow a week's grace period if tracking isn't updating or stationery items are delayed
Something with my order doesn't look right. What do I do?
Oh, no! We try to get everything perfect the first time, but if for some reason there is a mistake on your order please send a message with a photo clearly showing the problem attached.
We'll work on getting a replacement ready for you and reach out once we have a solution and more information.
