Preferred payment is through PayPal or credit card. Payment through Paypal/credit card must be received within 48 hours of purchase or transaction will be cancelled.

Shipping
Items will be shipped from Toronto by Standard First Class Mail via Canada Post.
I will ship items in 24 hours as long as the payment is received. I ship 5 days a week Monday to Friday. Order placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped out on next Monday.

My shipping cost is for standard shipping, the cheapest way to ship without tracking or insurance. Please let me know if you're interested to a tracking shipment, slightly more expensive but faster and safer and I'll adjust the listing for you!
Refunds and Exchanges
I want you to be 100% delighted with your purchase. If there is a problem, I will be happy to do our best to make it right, so please do contact me first..

I accept returns within 15 days from the purchase date, after which all sales are final. If you wish to return the item it must be in its original packaging and in its new condition.

Returns postage and shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and will not be refunded.

I will not refund for lost packages.

Store your jewelry away from direct light, moist and steam, don't keep it in the bathroom. Moisture can damage the thread and isn't good for any kind of jewelry, it makes metals tarnish quickly. Softly padded jewelry box or soft pouch are the best options storing your jewelry. Handle it with care and avoid dropping, scratching and tossing it onto hard surfaces. Don't expose it to water or any other liquids or chemicals (detergents, lotions, disinfectants etc.) Remember to spray your perfume before putting on the jewelry, don't wear it doing dishes, taking showers and swimming. Take your jewelry off before changing your clothes and before going to bed. Keep it out of reach of children and pets.

I try to make pictures as accurate as possible; however, colors may vary slightly due to the color calibration of each monitor.

I don't add printed invoices; if you need one, please, let me know.
