Morgan, I'm confused by this review.I emailed you the finalized jpeg file for DIY printing on July 9th. All my listings are for digital, printable signs. Prior to finalizing your item, on July 6th I wrote via Etsy message "I will fill it in and you would then print it off." You were therefore notified via personal message and in Listing Details that you would print the item (and not get a chalkboard in the mail).

I decided to open my own Etsy shop after planning my youngest son's 1st birthday. There are plenty of options out there for birthday keepsakes and props, but I wanted to be able to provide a quality product at an affordable price for other parents. I started designing the birthday posters first, then branched off to nursery and family art. I love the idea of providing families with a keepsake that they can look back at and cherish for years to come.
