MilitaryPlaques.com is part of Connect International LLC and is based in Indiana. Connect International LLC owns and operates its own workshops so we do not rely on any third parties in any of our plaque manufacturing.

All our mahogany wood products are individually hand made and then hand painted and finished.

For over 18 years Connect has been providing the U.S. military, law enforcement agencies, government agencies and civilian groups with with superb quality plaques, emblems, nameplates, shadow boxes and other custom made wooden items and memorabilia.
Payment
Term of Payment : Credit Cards charged in US Dollars
Shipping
Custom made items are typically delivered with a 4-6 week period from the confirmation of order. If you require your item by a specific date we recommend you use the express service. Connect International LLC is not liable for delays caused by the courier delivery companies.
Express Orders: If you have paid for an Express Delivery Service you will receive your item within a two week period. Connect International LLC is not liable for delays caused by the courier delivery companies. Connect International LLC also reserves the right to withdraw the Express Delivery Service option on any product ordered if it feels that the two week delivery schedule cannot be met.
Refunds and Exchanges
Corrections or alterations submitted by the customer after artwork has been confirmed and the item has been submitted for approval (examples: wrong artwork supplied, instructional lapses, additional logos, insertion of missed names on lapses as per customer’s list supplied, re-positioning of artwork details, re-designing as per customer’s request after review of approval photos) are subject to the following fees:

Items/orders with a retail price of $300.00 and below: $30.00

For items/orders with a retail price of $301.00 and up: 10% of the retail price.

No rework will be carried out until the above fees are paid in full. The customer must be aware and accept that any rework will delay the shipping date and subsequent delivery date.

Warranty Policy Details

Notification of defects or damage in transit need to be sent to Connect International LLC via email within 5 business days of receipt of your items. The day of receipt will be that day noted by the courier delivery company that the item(s) were received and signed for. The Company will not process any claim after this time period has elapsed.
