Millenium Gifts is a business that sells wedding accessories, party favors, personalized gifts, and baking items and more. With 10 years of retail experience and 5 years in the business, we are known for selling unique and specialized merchandise. So please if you don't see it just ask.

PLEASE NOTE ON CANDLES: These are custom made and may slightly differ from actual picture. Once proof is made it will be sent via Message. Since these are Candles and under extreme heat and weather conditions may melt, disfigure, or become damage in anyway, we will not be held responsible, all shipping is Priority Shipping or UPS if requested and would like it shipped express please contact us. • PAYPAL PAYMENTS----All Paypal payments will post immediately
• CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS----All credit cards payments can take up to 24 hours from the time that you make payment and funds will not post to our account until the payment clears. Shipping will not take place until funds clears.

When checking out if you are purchasing for a wedding, gift, birthday, anniversaries Etc. Please provide us with a date in"Note to seller" section of your purchase.

• PLEASE NOTE: IF YOU ARE IN A NEED OF THE ITEMS ASAP. YOU MUST EMAIL US BEFORE BUYING WE CAN’T GUARANTEE THAT YOU WILL RECEIVE IT, WHEN YOU ARE EXPECTING IT. EXAMPLE: BUY ON WED. AND EXPECT IT ON SATURDAY USPS IS NOT AS FAST AS YOU EXPECT UNLESS YOU ARE EXPRESS SHIPPING THE ITEM.
• All shipping prices are domestic only.
• (Engraving & Personalization may take up to 4-6 weeks)
• We ship most items within 10 business days of receiving payment. Shipping time will depend upon the shipping service selected.
• All Shipping prices will include shipping, Material, and Insurance. We do offer combine shipping.
• We do our best to get your order to you as fast as possible. Shipping times are after orders leave our warehouse and are just an estimate, not a guarantee.
• Shipping carriers are at the sole discretion of our company. All orders must be prepaid before they are shipped.
• When using Paypal we ship to the address provided with Etsy please make sure your address is correct our company is not responsible for any wrong addresses and you will be responsible for any shipping charges if the items are return back to us due to the wrong address. International orders will be responsible for all duties, taxes and brokerage fees charged at time of delivery).
• (PO BOX addresses we do ship ups please provide us with physical address)
• You must email us for all international shipping quotes. Buyer must provide locations.
• We do not offer pick up services at this time.
• All order may be subject to a rush fee of $10.00



~~~DAMAGE MERCHANDISE POLICY~~~
• All damaged merchandise must be reported within 24hrs of items arrival.
• (UPS) ---All ups damaged merchandise must be accompanied with picture to show damage of the item (ups requires this for claims) they also might request the pickup of the item. All refunds or credit will be issue once we notify ups.
• (USPS)--- All USPS damage is at the seller’s discretion and all items must be accompanied with picture of damage merchandise USPS might request the pickup or drop off of the item before any credit or refund will be issued.



~~(INTERNATIONAL BUYERS PLEASE READ)~~
• All shipping for international buyers can be first class (up to 3lbs) however we have noticed it can take up to 8 weeks to receive the item (This depends on counties customs. We have no control over this. Priority can take up to 2 weeks to receive and express can take up to a week. Canada shipping is just like shipping in the US and is much faster.
• All international buyers must convo. us for shipping charges and for us to create a reserved listing for them to purchase.
• Shipping for International orders are only shipped on Saturdays.
Refunds and Exchanges
~~~REFUND POLICY~~~
• Please email us for an RMA number in order to return an item.
• All returns require a RMA number before returning, without an RMA will not be accepted.
• All RMA numbers are only good for up to 14 days from the time we issue them otherwise return will not be accepted.
• All returns must be in re-sale condition (new condition), must not be opened or altered in any way.
• All returns must be returned back to our warehouse within 14days. Any later must be arranged with us and we must issue another RMA number.
• All engraving items are not returnable unless error is found to be our mistake.
• Refunds may take up to 1 week from the time we receive the merchandise and will be credit back to payment of method, shipping fee is not refunded back to you and shipping item back is solely the customers responsible and will not be refunded.
• All returns not following procedures will be refused.
• We try out best to make your shopping experience a good one. If you have any problems or concerns please notify us before leaving feedback, if we are not aware of any problems we can’t resolve them.

DUE TO THE OVERWHELMING RESPONSE TO PEOPLE NOT READING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ALL OUR POLICIES WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHARGE A 25% RESTOCKING FEE. ONCE THIS ITEM IS IN SHIPPING STATUS YOU CANCELLATION CAN NOT BE DONE.

~~~OUT OF STOCK~~~
• At the time of the listing we have all items in stock, however just like any other business we sell on several market places, at the time we realize we are out of stock on an item we will notify you immediately, however we do have shipments coming in on a daily base, in this case we can offer you a few options (1) You can wait until we receive the item in stock again and ship it out when it comes available (if item is available with the vendor we will let you know, in this case we can give you an ETA on an item 98% of the time) (2) We can issue a full refund of the item and cancel the transaction with etsy, also we can offer you a 10% coupon off any future purchase with our company.

~~~SPECIAL ORDERS~~~
• If you required special orders, engraving, personalized item or any alterations to any item or combine shipping for a large order (5 or more items) please convo. us so we can make a special reserved listing for you.

How long does Personalized items take?

As much as we try to get your personalized items to you sooner then the time stated, the overwhelming amount of orders sometime don't allow us to do so.
(Engraving & Personalization may take up to 4-6 weeks)

How long does it take for my items to ship?
