My Barbie needed a pink mohair sweater when I was five. Luckily I had a very patient child sitter who started me on this knitting roller-coaster.
In 1997 I plunged into the world of retail with my first store called Heavenly on Queen West in Toronto Canada. It only lasted a year but it was a intensive learning experience. For the next 10 years I refined my knitting skills and designs while selling wholesale to stores across the country.

In 2007 I was ready to open a another store. Luckily I found a place in the recently developed Distillery District in Toronto. Once a working Distillery, it is now a emerging destination of unique shops and restaurants. My store is in a beautiful setting of classic brick buildings and cobblestone pathways. A perfect home for my timeless knitted pieces.

In March of 2022 I moved my store and studio to 374 Danforth Ave.
My former Distillery building is being renovated for a school. I'll miss it!
