Announcement   I grew up in the American Southwest with classic Mid-Century furniture (Heywood-Wakefield), but was always attracted to rustic and early country, in addition to loving fabrics, linens and vintage design.

When I discovered I could make a modest living dealing in these items, I quit my office job and never looked back. I have owned both urban and country antique stores (in the eastern U.S.), done shows, and also maintained a collection of good vintage clothing. Although supposedly retired now, the “junque business” holds lifelong interest. I still gravitate back to all things Southwestern as well.

I now live in a renovated 200 year old grain Mill in a small town on the Eastern Shore of Maryland (east of the Chesapeake Bay).

Hello, and Welcome to my Etsy store! I try my best to write accurate and informative descriptions, and to send out Sold items as quickly as possible. If a problem arises, I will try to remedy it to the buyer's satisfaction, so please communicate! If you are searching for something specific, please let me know and I can list it if I have it, or look for it if time allows.

In some cases I will consider Offers, depending on the item, how long I have had it, and whether the offer is reasonable. So don't hesitate to ask if price is a consideration for you.
Thank you!

Shipping
I primarily use the US Postal Service for domestic shipping--Priority Mail unless the weight is under 1 pound, in which case it can go First Class (unless the buyer specifically asks for Priority). Occasionally when the package is too heavy or awkward, I will ship USPS Parcel Select.

In the case of International shipping, USPS First Class International is the most economical way to ship if the package weighs no more than 4 lbs. However, with this class of service, there is no insurance option or tracking beyond the U.S.

USPS Priority International is more costly but does provide a tracking number, and additional insurance is available if the buyer desires it.

Please be advised that follow-up on any package which becomes lost or broken is up to the buyer to pursue. Beyond providing the tracking number and proof of mailing, Millington Mill is not responsible for reimbursement of any such losses.
Refunds and Exchanges
In the event that the item is found to be not as described, or does not fit (in the case of clothing), it can be returned within 1 week if still in the same condition as when shipped. After the item is received back, a refund for merchandise purchased will be made to buyer's Paypal or other credit card account. Depending on the reason for the return, the original shipping charge may be refunded as well. Buyer is responsible for return postage charge.
Additional policies and FAQs
Customs charges are always the responsibility of the buyer. The online customs form already states what the item is and the price paid, so neither of these entries can be adjusted by Millington Mill.
