I will cancel the order if we can not get it by then. If you do not put the date I will get them out in the 7-14 business day time frame. This is a very busy time so it's taking us about the full 14 business days! I got hundreds of emails a day, so if you haven't had you question answered in 24 hours, message us again! We try are hardest to not miss any, but it does happen.We might have other delays if we don't have the shirt on hand. If you have a date you need these shirts by make sure to message me! We ship using first class mail, if you want to upgrade to priority message me as well.

Shipping
If you need any of our shirts on a certain date, please message me! Shirts go on back order and sometimes it takes longer than expected.

Once our shirt leaves our hands we are not responsible for any lost packages. You will have to open up a claim with USPS.

Also a lot of our shirts are sent with either first class mail or priority mail. If you want our need more than $50 insurance you MUST contact me so I can add this extra charge to your bill.

Refunds and Exchanges
You may return your item as long as you contact us within 7 days of receipt. Item must be in same condition as received, unworn and unused. You can receive an exchange or a refund. Once your item is shipped out it is no longer in my control, make sure you check tracking every step of the way.
Refunds are given when item has been returned within 7 days of receipt. Item must be in same condition as received, unworn and unused. Once I have the item I will refund the amount minus shipping charges.

I do not accept a return or offer refunds on any Custom Orders. If you receive your order and are not satisfied please feel free to contact me and I will do my best to work with you on a solution. Custom order include any bride shirts sets that you change or pick a custom color that is not the color shown on the listing.

Also if you decided to send your shirt back in either get a exchange or a refund you are required to pay for us to ship it back to you.

Shipping is never refunded.


You have 48 hours to cancel or change a order, if not done in this time you will have a 30% restocking fee.

I only do this because I try to get shirts ordered in that amount of time and If I already order your shirt sizes I don't get my money back for the order placed.
