Currently we only accept PayPal payments. PayPal account to pay via credit card. Simply select the "PayPal" button at checkout and follow the instructions.

We do accept E-check via PayPal, however, we ship once payment has cleared - this can take 3 to 5 days. If you're planning on sending a check via PayPal, setting up the bank account ahead of time will greatly reduce the waiting time!

Payment must be made within 24 hours of purchase or the sale will be cancelled. If there are extenuating circumstances, please contact us. We ship only once funds have been received.

In the US we ship through the U.S. Postal Service via first class Mail or priority. Upgraded shipping and insurance are the responsibility of the buyer, please convo us for the pricing. Damaged items will not be covered by the seller if insurance was not purchased. We cannot reimburse the buyer for any lost packages by any shipping out let or country. Again please purchase insurance if you are concerned about lost or theft in your country.

We do make every effort to get your order as quickly as possible, while making sure that your order is both accurate and carefully packaged.
We ship to your confirmed PAYPAL address, if that is not the case please contact us.
*Items sent within the US will arrive via First Class Mail. 4-5 days sometime longer.
*via First Class International mail, is not tractable. 2-4 weeks sometime longer.
I will contact you when I have shipped your item(s), and would appreciate it if you could let me know when you receive them and if they are satisfactory. Please keep in mind that the ways of Canada Post are known only to Canada Post. While shipments to Australia tend to arrive in 5 business days, those much closer to Wisconsin can take two weeks. Please be patient, I know it can be frustrating (it is also on this end as well). Delays at customs are not uncommon.
For International shipments there may be duties and custom fees. They are the responsibility of the buyer.


Damaged items during shipping. We have all items packed carefully before we send them out. But if during shipping any accident happens that damaged the item/package, please contact us and we will work something out.

Everywhere else we ship directly from the post office, the US post office does not track anywhere but in the US. Lost and damaged items are not covered unless insurance is purchased. Upgraded shipping is available please contact for pricing.

Thank you for your understanding and I really hate to put this in there but loss does occur in other countries at an alarming rate. Any taxes or duties are the purchasers responsibility and we ONLY ship in boxes.
Refunds and Exchanges
We want you to be happy with the purchase that made for items listed on this site but unless something is damaged we have an exchange only policy. If you decide that the item is not for you, please convo us through the Etsy system, all original packaging is required both inner and outer boxes in return shipment. The package must be returned by trackable means. We are not responsible for lost packages by USPS. Please convo the tracking information and date that the item was shipped back to us and which item you would like to exchange for.

Any damaged items must be reported within one (1) day from acceptance.

All handmade pieces are created by hand, so no two items are identical. That’s the beauty of the product! Please allow for slight variances from what is shown in the made to order photos.

All vintage items that are listed on this site are sold "as is". We try to include any information we have available for any imperfections that we have found with any of the vintage products listed. Please see the return policy on how to return items that you are not satisfied with.
