About MimiPrints
MimiPrints are giclee prints from my original handmade paintings digitally reworked. They express the fusion between handmade watercolor art and digital painting.
The world is full of colors, emotions, inspirations and stories. My MimiPrints want to share with you all these beautiful stories.

Here is how I work:
I do all my sketching, checking shapes and references for inspiration (people, emotions, sports, nature, lifestyle, colors, anything around me that catch my attention). Then I paint my subjects with patterns and textures in watercolor and gouache. Once the original is ready, I digitalize it. So my art can take a second life. I'm always surprised to see how the brilliant colors of handmade watercolor textures transform in cool design once printed. And since devil is in details... my challange is to obtain each time a very high definition for the very best quality.

*** CANCELLATION & RETURNS POLICY

1) BEFORE SHIPPING
-If for any reason you change your mind WITHIN 12 hours after you placed an order an exchange o full refund is guaranteed.

2) AFTER SHIPPING NOTIFICATION: the refund or an exchange is not available with the exception of goods damaged during delivery. In this case, please contact me within 12 hours of receipt of the parcel and send me clear pictures of the damage.

RETURN POLICY FOR EU CUSTOMERS
Under the EU’s distance selling laws, buyers have the right to return certain products by contacting the seller within 14 days. This 14-day period will start the moment a customer receives a product.

Please note that the listing description pictures represent colors in very clear manner. Take your time before the purchase, contact me if you have any questions before you place an order. All prints come unframed.

*** PRINTS SETS ORDERS:
When you order a prints set, please write me the list of your choice via Etsy conversation or in notes for the seller after checkout. If the set's order is not accompanied by the prints list, the prints selection will be made by me among my best seller subjects. No returns accepted.

*** TRACKING CODE AND MISSED DELIVERY
In the rare cases that a parcel is marked as delivered by a carrier or USPS, but the recipient reports they have never received the package, MimiPrints will not refund the order nor cover the cost of printing and reshipping of the order. The tracking link is an official proof and we rely on it. By USPS statistics, it is found that when a package is marked as "delivered" and the recipient claims "not delivered" , the delivery was made in 99,99% of the cases, but left in an unexpected location at a recipient's address or stolen. USPS recommends that recipients should reach out to the local post office and inquire if any additional details were left by the postman. Customers can also file a claim with the carrier.

Payments can be made with PayPal, Credit Card, direct checkout and with an Etsy gift card.

----------POSTAL DELIVERY AND PROCESSING TIME----------

Your Print will be fulfilled normally within 2-3 business days + postal delivery time from your order. In the most cases, I ship with USPS Priority as a domestic standard method.
The USPS Priority estimated delivery is 1-3 business days, Saturday included. I do my best to process the orders as soon as I can and USPS Priority is a very reliable service, but unpredictable facts may cause a slight delay in the delivery despite the estimated timing. Seasonal postal rush traffic, transit across the weekend are the most common causes that may slow down the delivery. I really try my best to let you have the prints as quickly as it can be but unfortunately, I'm not responsible for postage delays because I can't control the postal process.

You'll receive an e-mail when your order has been shipped, along with the tracking info when available.

Please allow 4-7 days for the mail detailing the tracking number of your parcel.
I ship worldwide.

------- GENERAL SHIPPING POLICIES -------

1. US DOMESTIC SHIPPING AND CANADA
(postal delivery timing considering that standard timing may be delayed by carriers)
First Class Mail (3-5 business days after fulfillment)
Priority Mail (1-3 business days after fulfillment)
FedEx Ground (3-5 business days after fulfillment)
FedEx 2 Day (2 business days after fulfillment)
FedEx Standard Overnight (1 business day after fulfillment)

All orders will be sent via First Class mail. If you need your order rush shipped, please select one of the expedited options available at checkout.

2. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Standard mail NO tracking (16-20 days after fulfillment)
Priority Mail (12-16 business days after fulfillment)
FedEx Standard (4-5 business days after fulfillment)

Please allow up to 30 days for international orders to arrive. The average transit time is approx. 1-2 weeks. However, due to customs and other delays (as extreme weather conditions, or holiday dates) it may take the full 30 days.
I consider a parcel lost after 35 business days from the shipping date.

3. CUSTOM DUTIES
CANADA AND EUROPE: FLAT RATE SHIPPING DUTIES PAID:
If you're ordering from Canada or European Countries, the standard shipping rate is a Flate Rate Duties paid.

4. REST OF THE WORLD
Please note that some countries charge import duties, VAT, handling fees, or other taxes for merchandise which are all the responsibility of the recipient.
Customs fees depending on your country of residence. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors. MimiPrints does not take responsibility for possible fees, that are due on customer's charge.

1. CHRISTMAS ORDERS SEPTEMBER AND OCTOBER
If You're ordering INTERNATIONALLY, OR You need to be absolutely sure your prints arrive before CHRISTMAS, please consider placing your order during the months of SEPTEMBER AND OCTOBER before the Christmas rush.

2. CHRISTMAS ORDERS NOVEMBER AND DECEMBER
I do my very best to fulfill all orders in time.
To be sure you will receive your print in time for Christmas, please consider MimiPrints fulfillment time 5-7 days + postal delivery timing (see General Shipping Policies):

------- PACKAGING -------
Prints come unframed and are shipped in durable tubing. Small Prints up to 8x12 size are shipped flat in envelopes attached to heavy-duty cardboard.
Some products might be shipped separately. Each item I ship may have different delivery times, this is because some products are packaged and shipped separately. For example, I send prints in super-durable tubes. Obviously, a canvas won't fit in there.

***IMPORTANT*** I cannot accept custom packaging requests at the moment.
