Hi! I'm Mimì the artist behind MimiPrints. I'm an anatomy painter and I work as a science watercolor illustrator for corporate and private clients since 2007.

Through my works, I do my best to showcase the miracle and the beauty of the human body, and the sense of wonder that science has to offer. I hope that my paintings are somehow inspirational for the medical and scientific community, professionals and students.

RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
Fine art prints are museum quality giclee prints, they're created on demand and the process is artisanal and expensive. Prints are fragile goods.
That's why by store policy we're not able to offer free re-shipping for returns with the only exception of damaged goods.

*** when the prints cannot be delivered for delivery exceptions as for example: "nobody at home, incorrect address, wrong recipient, unclaimed package" , no refund is provided. In the above-mentioned cases, if the print will return to the sender the reshipping will be at the customer's expense and in this particular circumstance we will partially refund your money, retaining the expenses we sustained to manage your order (15%), printing (20%), return postage (10%) and packaging (5%)

Please note, that no refund and no free redo/reshipping of your order will be possible for items delivered to the wrong address.

1) BEFORE SHIPPING
-If for any reason you change your mind WITHIN 1 HOUR after you placed an order an exchange or cancellation with full refund is guaranteed.

2) AFTER SHIPPING NOTIFICATION:
- Returns and Exchanges are not accepted with the only exception of goods damaged during delivery. In this case, please contact us within 12 hours of receipt of the parcel and send me a couple of pictures of the damage.

When you order a prints set, please write me the list of your choice via Etsy conversation or in notes for the seller after checkout. If the set's order is not accompanied by the prints list, the selection of the prints will be made by me among my best seller subjects. No returns accepted.

*** TRACKING CODE AND MISSED DELIVERY
In the rare cases that a parcel is marked as delivered by a carrier or USPS, but the recipient reports they have never received the package, MimiPrints will not refund the order nor cover the cost of printing and reshipping of the order. The tracking link is an official delivery proof and we rely on it. By USPS statistics, it is found that when a package is marked as "delivered" and the recipient claims "not delivered" , the delivery was made in 99,99% of the cases, but left in an unexpected location at a recipient's address or stolen. USPS recommends that recipients should reach out to the local post office and inquire if any additional details were left by the postman. Customers can also file a claim with the carrier.

I do my very best to fulfill all orders in time.

------- PACKAGING -------
Prints come UNFRAMED (=WITH NO FRAME) and are shipped in durable tubing. Small Prints up to 8x12 size are shipped flat in envelopes attached to heavy-duty cardboard.
Some products might be shipped separately. Each item I ship may have different delivery times, this is because some products are packaged and shipped separately. For example, I send prints in super-durable tubes. Obviously, a canvas won't fit in there.
