The following sections should address any inquiries regarding payment, shipping, returns/refunds and custom orders. Should you have any questions please convo me so we can discuss them. Thank you for choosing to buy from Mimi & Moi. I know your money is hard earned, and I appreciate your business very much as you're helping me to live my dream! Here's a few bits of info you'll want to know about paying for your jewelry.
You will need to pay with Paypal checkout, VISA or Mastercard.
Through Paypal you're able to bypass setting up a Paypal account and can sign in as a guest to use your credit cards. This feature is integrated into the system which allows customers more flexibility.
All orders are held until payment has been received. Upon receiving notification of receipt of payment your package will be shipped within 1-3 days.
Please be sure your PayPal address matches your Etsy "ship to" address. If you need to send your package else where contact me via the convo system and I'll make other arrangements for your package to get to a different destination.
For any custom order pieces please convo me and we can discuss the amount of time it will take to create your jewelry. I realize time is of the essence in many cases and will keep you up to date on my progress of the item/items.
I take great care to make sure your jewelry is safe and sound during transit. I love it as much as you do and want it to arrive in perfect shape.
Packaging: All jewelry is gift wrapped in a reuseable metal tin with a clear lid with shipping material cushioning the jewelry inside the tin. It's a very pretty presentation.
For domestic US orders: I send all domestic orders United States Postal Service for the stated shipping price and within the stated amount of time that's listed with the item.
For International orders: Customs fees, taxes, etc, are the responsibility of the buyer and not Mimi & Moi's.
I send all international orders per the USPS international shipping guidelines. Please refer to each item for the stated shipping amount. If there are customs policies in your country you'll need to be responsible for those details on your end upon receiving your package.
*Returns will not be accepted due to customs fees.
**If there are any shipping overages I will issue you a refund after I've mailed your package. Etsy will notify you of the refund and the amount.
If your package does not arrive in a timely manner please let me know so that I can figure out what happened to your items from my end.

Refunds and Exchanges
I hope the never happens but sometimes it does....
If you are unsatisfied with your item Mimi & Moi accept returns within 2 weeks of purchase and will refund your money or provide an exchange for equal value. Please send your item(s) back within 10 days of the purchase date in it's new condition and packaged in protective wrap. Shipping costs are to be paid by the buyer.
If your item was damaged in transit send a convo detailing the condition in which your item arrived (feel free to send a photo of the damaged item via convo) and return the damaged item within 2 weeks of receiving it. Another item can be exchanged, replaced, or you will receive a full refund. Return shipping costs will be paid for by the buyer. Again, please return the damaged item in protective wrap to best preserve the unharmed pieces. I mail all jewelry in reuseble metal tins partly because they are pretty and practical, but mostly because it provides great protection for your jewelry so even if the tin is banged around your jewelry is safe and sound.
If a purchase is made but abandoned by the buyer and Mimi & Moi is unable to contact the buyer to make arrangements on how to proceed with the purchased item, Mimi & Moi will refund most of the buyer's money except for 7.5% of the total cost of the item. The 7.5% is used to cover the payment processing fee and transaction fee that etsy charges all sellers for any refunds.
It is important to Mimi & Moi that you are satisfied with the jewelry you buy, the buying process here at Mimi & Moi, and even in the way it arrives in the mail. Please feel free to contact me with any questions you might have regarding my refund policy.

Just so you know:
I will not share your personal information with anyone else. If I use any photos of your jewelry, your names, addresses, etc will never be associated with your images. I love using photos of actual jewelry and faces of real people living real lives. It's important to show what I've made because everybody's unique pieces have a wonderful story to tell and your bracelet exemplifies how personalized a bracelet can be made.
