I have been enjoying the two sessions I have purchased. Michelle’s voice is very calming and I find myself feeling calmer and stronger after listening to the imposter syndrome session and motivated after the exercise session. I listen to these recordings right before I go to sleep. The beginning of the session prepares me right after the lights turn off, getting me relaxed and the rest of the recording works on my subconscious. It’s been very helpful and I highly recommend MindPower Junkie.

I had a really bad day and didn’t know what to do. Then I remembered I bought Michelle’s counter-anxiety recording for my son. I went for a walk and listened, the fog lifted, and I could think again.

My son is 12, sleeps very deeply and has hormone deficiency so doesn't register the need to wake up in time, and I end up helping him change bedding 2-3x per night. He listened to Michelle's recording for a week and decided to include it in his bedtime routine. His brother shares the room and also enjoys it. I really like the way Michelle approached the topic. The words she uses are not embarrassing. She talks about having confidence in your own thoughts and actions, addressing the subject tangentally. It's been a few weeks now and we are down to 1x per night! Most importantly, my son has found something he can do to help himself, and is experiencing improvement.

Michelle’s visualization techniques to address anxiety are soothing and help me to achieve a deep state of relaxation. This recording is part of my bedtime ritual and I highly recommend it.

I really enjoy starting my day listening to this one. Michelle’s recordings, while calming and relaxing, leave me feeling energized and ready to take on the challenges of the day.
