I have a lot of chawan both vintage and antique from Japan. I also have a few cups from Warren McKenzie and Randy Johnston here in the US. This wonderful teacup certainly holds it’s own on the shelf next to any of them. It’s a great size with a pleasing glaze and texture. It just arrived but I’m already looking forward to my first cup of tea in the morning using this handsome new teacup.
