Hello and welcome to my beautiful world of vintage and antique treasures. Please feel free to message me with any questions or offers you may have. But be aware that I may not be able to respond to messages for a day or more, so if you are worried about an item selling in the meantime, please go ahead and purchase it and we can work out details later. Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Returns and exchange details
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase once you have seen it in person, I will be happy to take the item back and issue a refund (not including any shipping charges). If the item arrives to you in any way damaged that was not described in the listing, I will send you a return label and you will receive a full refund. Please message me before sending anything back so that I am expecting its arrival.

I have now shipped over 5,000 orders and only a small handful of these have actually been lost. Particularly when items are shipped out of the United States, the shipping time can take well over a month. I ask that you be patient and give the parcel a chance to arrive, but if an item is finally deemed lost, I will refund you your money. Again, please message me if you are concerned about the arrival of your package.
I accept all payment methods including money order or personal check. If paying by money order or check, please have it in the mail within 24 hours of your order. If I do not receive payment within 10 days, I will contact you and if there is no response, I will cancel the sale.
Most items are shipped USPS First Class Mail with Delivery Confirmation in a sturdy little box. My usual shipping days are Monday and Thursday (or Friday morning), but occasionally I am out of town for business and won't be able to ship the order for up to a week after the order is placed. If you are concerned about receiving an order by a specific date, please message me right away and I will work with you to make that happen.

If you request it, I can send your purchase Priority Mail or Priority Mail Express for an additional charge. If you live outside of the US, I can send your order by Priority Mail or by Registered Mail, again for an additional cost. If you require insurance, please let me know and I can add that at an additional cost.

**Please be aware that once I have dropped off a package at the post office, it is no longer my responsibility and the time it takes to be delivered to you is completely out of my control. If you are concerned about the arrival and/or whereabouts of your package, the most efficient method of inquiry is for you to contact the local post office where your mail is handled. If I contact the USPS on your behalf, the only information they are able to provide is only what we can see online with the tracking number.
