Custom and personalized orders

At this time, we do not offer custom orders. We will offer custom orders and personalizing on select items in the near future.

What if my item is damaged?

Your sign will be carefully packaged with sturdy packaging to ensure it arrives safely to your home. However, if you receive a damaged sign, please notify me immediately. All I ask is that you email me a photo of the damaged item.

How long does it take to produce my sign?

Many signs are ready to ship when you order, but our large rustic signs and scrapbook frames are made after you order. Please refer to the Shipping & Policies tab for each listing.

Can I return my order?

If for any reason you wish to return it, it may be returned within 30 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible to pay for the return shipping. After we have received the sign, the buyer will be refunded for the price of the sign (not the shipping fees).
Please note- it is the buyer's responsibility to return the item in the same condition in which it was received.

I haven't received my order. Is it lost?

Packages not received 4 weeks after shipping date will be considered lost and will be replaced at no extra cost or given a full refund (including shipping charges).
