Returns are not accepted unless it is an error on my part. I do take every precaution when shipping items but I am human and therefore can make a mistake. But I do double check the item to avoid any possible error before shipping it. If I do make an error I will get you the purchased item as soon as the original is returned. Please message me if you have any questions over your purchase. If for some reason I do accept a return, the cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund price. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR USPS SHIPPING DELAYS!!

If your item is force returned (USPS is unable to find a suitable location to drop item and it is returned), you are responsible for shipping. Items refused by sender are NOT eligible for a refund in any amount.

Items will not be shipped until payments have been made in full. Paypal and Echecks can take up to 3-5 days to clear. Credit/Debit cards and gift cards are usually instant.

All custom orders need to be paid for in full before they will be started. I do sell on other sites and have problems with buyers requesting a custom order then disappearing when I finish it so I have decided all custom orders will need to be paid in full before I begin.

For any orders outside the continental US, you may be charged a VAT fee to retrieve your item from your mail carrier. Please check before purchasing. Buyer pays VAT fees. No refunds for VAT fees will be given.

**Please be aware that USPS is running extremely slow. When you are checking your tracking, the day the label says it was created is the day I take it to the post office. USPS is taking a few days to scan in any packages so you may not see movement for a few days but USPS does have your package! Sometimes they scan it in that day and sometimes I've seen them take an extra 3 days to scan it in before they send it on. I apologize for this but there is nothing I can do except get your package there on the day I print the label. I make no guarantees on arrival dates. Refunds will not be given for late packages due to postal delays.**


If your order is set to ship on a US holiday, it will ship the next day instead. I will do my best to ship items as soon as possible by the cheapest way with the United States Postal Service. I package my items with the best protection so as to avoid product damage.

Items will usually be shipped within 3-5 business days. Please allow an extra week for custom order creation and shipping. Please note that the 3-5 business days does not take into account the amount of time the United States Postal Service takes to ship your order. If you need a rush order, it will be a separate additional charge. Please make sure and purchase it at the time you place your order. I will get your order out in a timely manner. No refunds will be given due to postal delays as that is outside of my control.

Please make sure you type your address correctly. Reshipping of products will result in an additional charge. The address given at time of order is the address your product will be shipped to. If an item is returned to me, reshipping charges may apply.
