I have ordered 5 of these. The first one was perfect so I ordered 4 more for family. All 4 came in a smaller box then the first one and they all were broken in similar locations because the box was too small and they weren’t wrapped very well.

They did a great job painting the face however it did come broken. They did offer to send me a new one but I was meeting with the person and it would have been too late. Really good customer service.

i love them i got 4 for Christmas presents. They are very well done. One thing i was not exspecting was the flat face. Apart from that they so life like l was so pleased. price is very good. They are amazing , Lady who makes them is lovely to speak to. Very quick service. I am over the moon with them. Cant wait till Christmas day.
