MiniJeannie is an unique and affordable web and branding shop on Etsy
We are 3 friends from 3 very different locations. Different continents to be exact! We have known and worked with each other for 11 years! We are bound by our common passion for making the web a more beautiful and functional place.
After a few years of setting up a successful web and branding design business, it was time to be ready for a new adventure.
We were already Etsy lovers and patrons for all things made with real care. So, the idea to open our shop came naturally. Fast forward a few months, and we were ready to open our new shop!

Refund Policy

There is a strict no refund policy in our shop for all items including premade and custom items. If you have any issues with any of your purchases, please contact me and I will do my best to resolve them.
Item modification policy

Once the product gets approval from the client and final files are sent, any change request on that will cost extra. The modification price will be determined by me based on the requirement.
Communication Policy

>> All my communications are Etsy only. If you need to have a chat with me before/during the process, then I can arrange a meeting via Skype or Google hangout. Please note all chats will be text chat only as I need all communications to be properly documented.
Files & Backup Policy

>> The final files are sent via email, Dropbox links, etc. from where you need to download all the files.
>> If you lose your copies of the files then you can get in touch with me and I will do my best to help you.
>> Websites will of course be uploaded to your server and not delivered via email. You must provide proper login to your server right from the start of the project.

Since our team is multinational, we might log in to your website server from any of these countries- the USA, India, and the Netherlands. By purchasing any of our listings you are consenting us to work from any of the above-mentioned countries as and when required.

Frequently asked questions
Do you ship anything physically?
>> No, all our items are digital items. So, nothing is shipped physically.
All our files are sent either via email or via a download link.
Do you work from the USA only?
>> We have 3 team members and they are based in different locations of the world. So, we are from USA, Netherlands, and India! So, if you don’t want to work with a team with members based in various corners of the world then we will humbly request you to refrain from purchasing from our shop.
Do you provide the design source file or layered files?
>> Due to legal and professional reasons we do not share design source files or layered files. However, if you need any other particular type of file format then always feel free to ask and we will determine if that is possible for that project.
If you need additional brandings etc in the future, we will always do our best to help.
Can I have my logo revised even after the final files are delivered?
Before final files are sent, I explicitly ask for final approval. So, after the final files are sent if you need any revision, it will cost extra and the cost will be determined by us depending on the complexity and time required.
Can you deliver my website via Email?
Sorry, we don't do that. Your website will be and must be transferred to your server provided by you. You have the sole responsibility to provide correct login details.
Am I able to copyright/trademark my logos and other items?
The short answer is No. The long answer is: The premade logos are bought and used by multiple users and hence these can not be copyrighted or trademarked.
The custom logo designs are one-of-a-kind designs made by us and they are sold only once that is to you. But we might use premade illustrations for them so no they can not be copyrighted or trademarked. If you want to copyright/trademark your logo then please contact a designer who might guarantee that.
Even in the event we are drawing and painting your logo from scratch, we give no guarantee of you being able to trademark it. As those laws are really complicated and not something we can control.
