Delivery

All the molds are delivered 1-2 business day after you buy them.
Please make sure that the address is correct. We are not responsible if we send the items to the wrong address. If the item gets returned to us, we will resend the product but the buyer is responsible for the new shipping charges.
We always ship certified or registered mail with tracking number to all countries.
The tracking number you receive in an e-mail is a Custom Tracking number for the destination country and for some countries there is no place where to track it.
We always recommend insurance and certified mail for all international parcels but specially if they are going going to Africa,Asia,Central and South America.
We are very sorry but we cannot be responsible for packages lost or damaged after we give them to the post office.
