2 out of 5 starsOrdered December 2nd. Just got it today, February 2nd. Item only recently shipped due to shipper moving locations. This was not mentioned in the ordering process or after ordering (other shops have reached out to me to notify me of any possible delays) Once I contacted the shop for assistance on the ETA, I was met with a rude explanation and what seemed like very short temper. I finally got my item. It's color is awful and not at all like the photo, it's almost black (see example of what I should have gotten per the example image and what I received). There is also a funny smell. Overall displeased especially with how much it cost.

Hi Casie, we're very sorry to hear of your seemingly bad experience. When you contacted us for the first time, your item was still over 2 weeks from being due for delivery and we had just started moving. At the time we weren't expecting that we would encounter this many issues taking over 3 weeks to fix. What exactly you find rude and short tempered about my response is beyond my comprehension. English is not my native language: "Hi Casie, we're extremely sorry for that. We're currently in the process of moving and things took a little longer than we anticipated. We'll start shipping again right after Christmas and hope that this isn't too much of an inconvenience. Judging from the date you named your order should be among the first to go out the door. However, I encountered some problems both in terms of delivery and item status: I ordered on November 26, 2022 and arrived on January 16, 2023; In addition, the package was damaged, and the colored spiral had a deep cut at the base. The seller responded quickly to my messages, but without giving me precise indications on the status of my shipment which was always in pre-transit until the day of arrival.

Hi Ilaria, we're very sorry to hear of the transport-damage your item sustained. Unfortunately you did not get in touch with us on that regard or reply to the message we sent you after you left this review. We're always sending replacement pieces for transport damage. Tracking codes on Etsy are not always displayed correctly. It is true that yours shows "Pre-transit" even today. I told you in a message when your item will be shipped, I haven't heard from you again in the time from shipping until you left this review. I would have gladly advised you on how to get the full tracking data outside of Etsy, would I have known that this was an issue for you. Best regards, Martin

1 out of 5 starsI ordered this item in early December, and I STILL have not received it! Seller was supposed to have supplied tracking info, and never did. All I got were apologies and excuses.

Hi Rob, first of all you WERE supplied with tracking info like all of our customers. Otherwise there would not be a "Smooth shipping" badge on our shop. However, the tracking info is not always shown correctly on Etsy. This information as well as the proper way to check your tracking was ALSO given to you via private message on January 4th. Your parcel was delivered to a parcel locker on January 14th, 10 days before you left this review. We're very sorry if you were not informed by the USPS about this, but there's unfortunately nothing we can do about that. The day you left this review and sent basically the same as a private message, we also told you that via private message. We haven't heard from you since.
