Each piece is handmade with care, and made to order. Most items are customizable, so if you want an item in the shop but with something more, something less or something adjusted, just ask! I'll do my best to accommodate any request.
All orders come lovingly packaged in our custom branded gift boxes. Please let us know in the "note to seller" during checkout if you need separate gift boxes for items in your order, otherwise items may be consolidated into fewer boxes in order to be more eco-conscious and to keep shipping free for you!
Office hours are Monday through Friday, approximately 9AM - 4PM MST. Messages may not be answered outside of those hours. Most messages are answered within 24 hours.

(In picture) the pendant exceeded my expectations and I am enjoying my purchase. I plan to purchase a second pendant in silver for my other necklace. Thank You Nolia for such a beautiful tiny pendant. 🙂 (I included a Dime in my picture for pendant size scale.)

The charms are dainty and beautiful, they exceeded my expectations! Exactly what I was looking for!

We do not accept returns or exchanges on any personalized or custom jewelry orders. However, we do offer one free resize on most of those pieces if we are contacted withing the 14 day post delivery window. If there is any problems with your order, please reach out 💗 we want to make it right!
