In accordance with Article 14 of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons in relation to the processing of personal data and in
on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), hereinafter referred to as RODO, I inform you that:

3. Your personal data will be processed in order to :
a) order and execution of the order, performance of the contract - on the basis of Art. 6 par. 1 letter b RODO,
b) pursue or secure claims, establish contact, which constitutes a legitimate interest of the Administrator on the basis of Art. 6 par. 1 letter f RODO,
4. Category of personal data - non-sensitive data:
a) surname and first name(s),
b) address of residence,
c) address for dispatch of the order,
d) telephone number,
e) e-mail address.
5. Your personal data was obtained from the Etsy website.
6. The recipients of your personal data will be postal operators, carriers, partners providing technical services (e.g. development and maintenance of IT systems and service development and maintenance), law firms.
7. Your personal data will be stored for the purpose of processing the order and the implementation of obligation to store financial and tax documentation for the period resulting from art. 70 § 1 in connection with Article 86 § 1 of the Tax Ordinance of 29 August 1997 for a period of 5 years, counting from the end of the calendar year in which the deadline for tax payment expired.
8.You have the right to request from the Administrator:
a) to access your data and receive a copy of it,
b) to rectify (amend) your data,
c) to have your data deleted, to have data processing restricted,
d) to object to the processing of data on the basis of the legitimate interest of Administrator - we will cease to process your data in this regard, unless we can demonstrate that the data are necessary for the establishment, investigation or defence of claims,
(e) to data portability,
9. You have the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority if you consider that the processing of our personal data violates the law.
Providing personal data is voluntary, however, refusal to provide data may result in the inability to accept and carry out the order.
