But please remember for some rare case USPS experiences delays this is out of my control :) . I can only quote you the expected average time line for delivery from experience and according to their shipping timeline expectations.

Customers are responsible for updating their shipping address in their Etsy profile. Little Hope Cakes is not responsible for updating customer's shipping address in customer's Etsy Profile. If the customer needs to re route package the customer will be responsible for contacting the carrier to work this out between them not with Little Hope Cakes shop. Once the package is en route to your address there is nothing we are able to do to re route your package.

Most orders are processed within 3-5 or 7-10 business days depending on the number of orders being processed in house and the type of order, however to help us ensure your product arrives to you in time please indicate your event date in the customer comment box at checkout.

Most packages are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority however for faster shipping that is ensured for delivery with in 1-2 days please let us know to create a shipping upgrade for you for USPS Express overnight. PLEASE NOTE: ONCE THE PACKAGE IS WITH THE CARRIER, IT IS OUT OF OUR HANDS. WE CAN NOT CONTROL CARRIER DELIVERY TIMES OR WEATHER DELAYS.

Please understand that if there are delays experienced with the Carrier and their tracking information reflects this contact the carrier immediately for follow up. Our Etsy shop is unable to assist or provide further detailed information of the package during it's transit. All responsibilities for package delays are held accountable and reliable to the carrier's once released by our shop. Refunds of purchases due to carrier delays do not fall with in our shop's return policy. Please be aware negative feedback to our shop due to carrier delays does not abide by Etsy Customer Feedback policy guidelines and any attempt to extort the shop with negative feedback for refund is unacceptable and will be reported to Etsy Trust and Safety Team.

Shipping time lines are provided via USPS ONLINE and they give us an anticipated or expected delivery date according to buyer's geographical location for shipping address.

Due to changes in USPS Policy all USPS EXPRESS OVERNIGHT Claims must be handled with the carrier's Office from delivery destination. You may contact the shop for any assistance to provide receipts and purchase copy of stamps etc.
For many packages, the USPS is quicker and cheaper than alternatives (FedEx and UPS). For some, it isn't. If you have to have your package arrive to you absolutely by next day delivery than it is up to the customer to request alternate carrier other than USPS Express because they have recently reserved the right to extend their overnight delivery day to USPS Express 1-2 day delivery for claims purposes. It is up to the customer's request and responsibility to chose an alternate carrier for next day delivery. Please let the shop owner know of any special arrangements for overnight deliveries, other wise the default overnight delivery method will be USPS Express .

As they say, if you absolutely, positively have to have it there tomorrow morning, in many cases FedEx and other private overnight couriers will be a better way to go than Express Mail.

First Class shipping U.S. : (2-5 days) or USPS Priority 2-3 days. However there is No guarantee for exact delivery date by USPS.

I make every effort to ship your item as soon as possible, but please understand that our shop processes orders in the order they come in after your payment is received. For event dates approaching sooner, I will prioritize your order for quicker processing and shipment. Please remember to coordinate with shop owner and most of all NOTE YOUR EVENT DATE AT CHECK OUT FOR SHOP'S QUICK REFERENCE.

Insurance is optional and an addition $2.00. Delivery confirmation is included at no extra charge for loss,delays or damaged packages experienced during USPS Transit.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: is USPS First Class International unless other wise requested. Transit times from U.S. to international is typically 2 weeks however there is not a guaranteed time line provided by USPS carrier for transit times in case of customs delays, weather or economic environment. For International orders you do have an option to request a quicker transit shipping time via USPS Priority International 7-10 days, or USPS Priority Express International 3-5 days. The postage cost depends on the time and final destination. Please contact shop owner to make arrangements.

Due to the unpredictable nature of the shipping carriers ( we use primarily USPS to keep costs low for our customers however UPS for larger overnight packages) we are not responsible for the package being lost during transit or delayed even by customs or stolen upon delivery once the package has been shipped. If it is the fault of the carrier, refunds for purchases are not eligible. However, please contact the shop to inform us and we will do our best to ship another order of the same. Depending on the carrier and cost of shipping method, buyer may or may not be responsible for shipping costs for replacement packages.
