Custom Orders/Made to Order Items must be cancelled within 24 hrs of purchase. After 24 hrs I order fabric and begin making the items. Please message me with any Questions.

A Florida state sales tax of 7% will be charged to all orders shipped to an Florida address.

I currently ship all packages via USPS , 1st Class, or Parcel Post with delivery confirmation.

Optional shipping insurance is available by customer request for an additional cost.
Additional policies and FAQs
Bags are washable. We recommend that you hand wash your bag in cold water and hung to dry. Use only non chlorine bleach when necessary. Dry flat and use a cool iron. Dry cleaning is always an option.
My design studio is both pet & smoke free.

I do work with custom orders. If you find a bag you like, but would like me to make it in a different fabric for you, use the "request custom item" button.
