5 out of 5 starsThis pin is super cute! I was anticipating the whole pin to be enamel rather than the main body of the bat being metal and the details enamel, but that's probably my bad for not reading the description. I love it either way and is a super cute edition to my Halloween ita bag!

Mintandapple started as a tiny table at a convention, selling small prints and laminated paper keychains. Over the years, I’ve nurtured and grown it into a platform for me to realize illustrations and products that once only existed as doodles in my sketchbook. I draw influence from the natural beauty of everyday life, the nostalgic anime and cartoons I grew up with, and my 5 wonderful bunnies + kitty.
I produce designs considering the final products in mind; as a result, each illustration in our shop is uniquely tailored to the product it embodies. I hope each order is filled with items that you’ll find both functional and aesthetically pleasing.
For the 10 years I've been selling my art at conventions across the country, I've learned that nothing beats the feeling of sparking joy for someone through my art. My hope is that through my online shops, I can more easily bring this joy to even more people.

Frequently asked questions
When will my order ship?
I'm back to safely doing conventions, so please understand I can only ship orders about once a month! USPS/UPS has also experienced staffing shortages due to the impacts of Covid-19, which has affected shipping times. This is especially the case with international orders; for example, some packages have taken 4 months to arrive to Europe. Please understand that 90% of the time, I do not have more information than is provided with your tracking number.
Will [design] be restocked? / Can I get [design] on a sweater?
I cannot print designs on-demand. Mintandapple is run by just me and my partner. We create designs in-house, outsource production in large, pre-paid batches from our suppliers, and then receive and fulfill orders from our studio in Brooklyn. Not to mention all the conventions we do! We have an immense backlog of ideas and love making new stuff; for the most part, we only run our designs once or twice a year, and then move on to the next one!
How big are your sweaters?
Our sweaters run big; printed on half-poly half-cotton crewnecks that if washed as directed, don’t shrink in the wash.

How should I wash your apparel?
Please wash our apparel (dresses, sweaters, crop tops) inside-out on a cold cycle; tumble dry on low. This will keep your apparel clean and cozy for years to come! For tote bags, berets, and other accessories, please spot clean them with mild soap and warm water.
Do you do custom pieces?
Personal commissions are currently closed.
What's the best way to contact you? / I haven't gotten a reply in several days!
I no longer answer direct messages on Facebook or Instagram (except for reposting IG story mentions) as its difficult to keep track of messages and reply on these platforms. The best way to contact me is thru Etsy direct messages, as your order is automatically linked to your message. Please understand, I'm just one person doing all messages. For my mental health, I only answer messages while I'm in the office, so I may take several days to reply. While I can't provide perfect 24/7 customer service, I do read and reply to every message as honestly and wholeheartedly as I would if we were to meet in person. Even then, I still get a lot of messages every day; I'd really appreciate your patience in my response time.
