WHAT CAN BE EDITED?
WHAT CAN BE EDITED:
• Text can be edited for wording, font, color, size and placement
• Most artwork can be edited for size and placement. Some can be edited for color - check specific listing description
• Backgrounds can be edited for color, deleted or new ones added
• Upload your own image
• Add a back side
WHAT CAN'T BE EDITED:
• Overall size of document
• Orientation of document
CAN I TRY THE TEMPLATE BEFORE PURCHASE?
Yes, you may refer to the item details in the specific listing and click on the demo link. All the editing features in the demo will be exactly the same as the purchased version, except you will not be able to save or download the template in the demo.

ARE FONTS INCLUDED?
Yes. The fonts shown in the listing image will automatically appear when you open your template. There is no need to install any fonts. You can also change to any of the fonts shown in our shop - we offer tons!!!!

We offer download options that allow you to print ANYWHERE!

DO YOU HAVE PAPER RECOMMENDATIONS?
It's best to print on thick card stock. We recommend 100lb or more. Most home printers will comfortably print on 90 - 110lb card stock.
You can find a nice selection of paper at papersource.com. We also like the Staples brand 110lb card stock.
DO YOU OFFER CUSTOMIZATIONS?
Sorry, currently we are not offering any customizations to current designs listed in the shop, or new design requests. Please read the item description carefully and seek any clarification before you purchase.
HOW DO I ACCESS MY TEMPLATE?
**Please allow up to 10 minutes to receive the access link email. **
• Check Your Email
Just minutes after placing an order with a Templett seller, you'll receive an email (from Templett) with an access link. This email is sent to the email address attached to the order. Clicking the access link will take you to a page where you will need to confirm your account details and set a password for your account.

COMMON TROUBLESHOOT QUESTIONS
• THE FONTS ARE NOT DISPLAYING CORRECTLY
This is typically a browser compatibility issue. Try logging in using a different web browser. We recommend Chrome, as Templett is most optimized for Chrome.
• MY TEMPLATE IS NOT DOWNLOADING
After you have made edits and saved your template, you are now ready to download, but nothing is happening when you click the download button. It could be that your session has timed out. Refresh your web browser to start a new session, and then download.
• MY TEMPLATE IS NOT LOADING IN THE SIDE BAR
This could be a browser issue. Try logging in using a different web browser. We recommend Chrome.
• TEMPLETT IS RUNNING SLOW & GIVING ME TROUBLE
Refresh your browser to clear your cache or change browsers.
WHAT ARE THE TERMS OF USE?
• The template will be available for 2 years from the day of purchase.
• The viewing, printing or downloading of any content, graphics or templates from Minty Paperie is solely for your own personal use and not for republication, distribution, sale or other use. No part of any content, description or template may be reproduced in any form.
Minty Paperie reserves the right to revoke access to a template if the user fails to comply with the terms.
