{BIO}
I grew up in an environment where handmade items were always being created. My interest was developed at an early age and has become the driving force to create.
Each day I find new inspirations and have new learning experiences. When you ignore the rules, follow your instincts and give yourself permission to have fun inspiration appears everywhere. When your only goal is to expand your horizons and explore new techniques and styles inspiration is found everywhere.
A life long passion, love and obsession with fabric, color, texture, form, function and art is the inspiration for everything I create. My creations are the end result of my battle with restraint and excessive and which I enjoy most. Less is More and More is Better. The search for the answer continues.

{SHOPPING CONVENIENCE}
Minu Originals welcomes North America, South America and International customers. Our prices are in US Dollars and payment is required in US Dollars.

{Communication}
We will make every attempt to respond to request, comments and questions within 24 hours. Since we are a one person operation there are times that we simply will not be able to meet that goal and there are times we will have to assign priorities based on importance.

{PAYMENTS}
We Accept PayPal on all orders.
Payment is required before the order will be processed or shipped.

{CUSTOM ORDER}
I welcome your request for custom orders. If you are interested in a custom order please contact me to discuss your requirements.

I do require a deposit on all custom orders. Orders of $25.00 or less must be paid in full. Orders over $25.00 require a 50% deposit. Once payment or deposits have cleared production of the item will begin. When the funds have cleared you will be notified of the production schedule and expected date of shipping.

{Cancellation Policy}
If a buyer has remorse we will accept a cancellation before the item ships. If the item has shipped we will accept a return provided the buyer notifies the seller within 5 days of purchase, pays return shipping and a cancellation fee equal to the sellers lost fees and original shipping.
Shipping
{TIMING}
All standard items ship after payment is received and funds are cleared, approximately 3 to 5 business days from the purchase date.

Custom orders are shipped based on the production scheduled that is agreed to by both seller and buyer and required deposits have been received.

{SHIPPING}
Many things effect the shipping process from weather conditions, tightened security, world events and the time of the year.

We ship all items with Delivery Confirmation for US customers and Certificate of Mailing for International Customers. We also ship some orders, based on amount and One Of A Kind items, with insurance paid by the seller.

**U.S. Orders**
U.S. orders ship via 1st Class, the price includes shipping, handling and Delivery Confirmation .

Insurance, Priority Mail and overnight shipping are available upon request on all orders. Please contact us with your request.

OOAK (One Of A Kind) orders are impossible to recreate if lost in shipping. OOAK orders in excess of $50.00 are shipped with insurance paid by the seller.
Single or combined orders in excess of $100.00 are shipped with insurance paid by the seller.

**International Orders**
International orders ship via Airmail Letter post, the price includes shipping, handling and Certificate of Mailing.

Insurance, Priority and overnight shipping is available upon request to countries that qualify. Please contact us with your request.

OOAK (One Of A Kind) orders are impossible to recreate if lost in shipping. OOAK orders in excess of $50.00 are shipped with insurance paid by the seller.
Single or combined orders in excess of $75.00 are shipped with insurance paid by the seller.
Refunds and Exchanges
It is very important that you are happy with your purchase. To help insure this, I provide detailed information in listings and have a high level of quality control for all items we make. Please take the time to read the descriptions of each item prior to purchase and I'm happy to answer any of your questions prior to purchase.

If an item is damaged we require that the buyer take a picture of the damaged package and the damaged item and convo or email it to us. We do require proof of damage especially for items that have had insurance paid. Without pictures to verify the damage we are unable to give a refund.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase please notify me and lets discuss a resolution.

For delayed or missing shipments I will work with the buyer to resolve the issue. A buyer has 45 days to file a claim with PayPal to protect themselves. There are areas and circumstances where 45 days is to short of a delivery time. I encourage my buyers to file their claim with PayPal and I will work with the buyer till the shipment arrives or settle the claim with the buyer.

Items that have had insurance purchased by the seller require conforming to the timing and request of the insurance company. Again I will work with the buyer to solve these matters as quickly as possible.

WHOLESALE - CONSIGNMENT -CUSTOM ORDERS - FEEDBACK

{WHOLESALE}
We welcome all inquires for Wholesale orders. Not all our items qualify for wholesale or quantity discounts. Some of our items can be produced in quantities for special Wholesale orders.

{CONSIGNMENT}
We do not offer items for Straight Consignment. I some cases on some products we would offer special terms for a qualified store. Those special terms would be a percentage down with a balance due in a specified time frame.

{CUSTOM ORDERS}

{FEEDBACK}
Etsy allows both buyers and sellers to leave feedback on a transaction. Feedback is optional and always appreciated. Feedback helps both parties create a solid history, allowing other members to feel more secure when considering a purchase or sale.

I respectfully ask that, if for any reason, you are not pleased with your purchase please contact me first prior to leaving neutral or negative feedback. Customer satisfaction is my top priority. Should you have any questions or comments, please do not hesitate to contact me.

In an effort to provide satisfactory service, I don't consider the transaction complete until the customer has received their order or any outstanding issues have been resolved for the customer. For this reason, I prefer to leave feedback after the order has been received.
