Returns and exchange details
If you are not satisfied, please contact me first. I want to make sure my customers are happy. Please do not leave neutral or negative feedback before contacting me.

All items are vintage and most have been gently used. I will do my best to describe every flaw. But, sometimes small flaws may go unnoticed. If you feel an item is mis-cateorized or a major issue has been overlooked please contact me! Categories are as follows.

MINT - never used, perfect condition.

EXCELLENT- best vintage condition. No flaws or very minor flaws.

GOOD- still great vintage condition, but noticeable flaws.

FAIR- needs repair, cleaning, and is visibly worn.

POOR- I don't sell poor condition items!

Returns are not accepted for fit issues unless a customer has asked for help with fit and were told the item would fit. In that event, buyer must contact the seller within 3 days of receipt and post mark the return within 7 days to return the item without incurring restocking fees.

When you receive the item you ordered as described, the seller has provided the service and product requested and the sale is final.

For the best possible shopping experience
1. Read the listing, not just the title.
2. Know your measurements and ask for help with fit issues
3. Do not buy for other people. Ask about a gift certificate instead.
4. View all photos carefully

There are no cash refunds (reversal of payments) under the terms of this shop's policy unless an item has been ruled significantly not as described by the seller or a third party (Etsy or PayPal). There were will be no partial refunds for condition issues or any other reasons. Significantly not as described items, will be fully refunded. After an item that has been ruled significantly not as described has been 100% refunded, no other moneys are owed to the buyer.


As all sales are considered final, items returned without contacting the seller first or without the seller specifically agreeing to issue a refund beforehand are subject to a 50% restocking fee (on top of the other fees listed below) and may be refused outright if enough time has passed according to Etsy or Paypal guidelines.

Packages refused due to customs fees or because they were never picked up at the post office may be subject to these fees along with any return shipping fees usps or other carriers decide to charge. Original shipping is never refunded on items returned without contacting the seller first. The restocking fee will be waived if the buyer pays for the item to be reshipped.


Paying for return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. All returns must be shipped with tracking AND should include insurance. Buyer must provide a tracking number through the convo system. Seller is not responsible for packages lost or stolen because buyer failed to provide a tracking number or notify the seller a shipment was coming.


THERE ARE NO RETURN FEES on items mailed back promptly with seller approval in the condition they were received.

Buyers are responsible for getting approval before returning an item

Buyers are responsible for contacting the seller within 24 hours after delivery confirmation if there is an issue with the order. If more than 3 days have passed, seller may refuse to approve return. If Etsy or EBay approves a return, there will be a $5 late fee for every day after 3 days past the buyers delivery confirmation date, that the return was initiated.

Buyers are responsible for returning items in the same condition as they were received. If an item is worn, damaged or altered Etsy and PayPal policies allow a seller to reject a returned item without refund.

Items post marked or mailed back more than 7 days after seller's return approval are subject to $20 restocking fee and 10% of the original item price restocking fee

Items post marked or mailed back more than 14 days after seller's return approval are subject to a $20 restocking fee and 25% of the original item price restocking fee

Items post marked or mailed back more 21 days after seller's return approval are subject to a $20 restocking fee and 35% of original item price restocking fee

Items post marked or mailed back more than 30+ days after seller's return approval are subject to a $20 restocking fee and 50% original item price restocking fee.
I accept PayPal and direct checkout with credit cards. I do not accept money orders or checks.

I can reserve (hold) any item for 24 hours for free. If you would like to reserve an item for more than 24 hours, you may with a 25% non refundable deposit. Please provide your email address to receive a PayPal invoice with complete terms.

Customers with shipping addresses outside of the U.S. are solely responsible for all duties, import taxes and brokerage fees. These fees are not included in the cost of shipping.
Packages are generally sent using USPS and include free tracking on domestic orders. Most orders ship out within 1-3 days. Most U.S. packages arrive within 3-10 business days of payment. Most international orders arrive within 10-30 business days.

I ship worldwide with very few exclusions. Buyer pays customs fees.

I can send items via Priority Mail or Overnight shipping. Please contact me with 1) when you need the item 2) your location city/country/postal code.

Sometimes shipping is less than expected and I will gladly send you a refund for the difference if it's over $1.99 USD on request. If an item is returned because it was not picked up at the post office, original shipping will not be refunded.

If your package is lost, you may be required to sign a form stating that the package is lost before I can go forward claiming insurance.
Additional policies and FAQs

Seller is not responsible for any damage that occurs after sale. If something arrives broken or damaged or significantly not as described you have 24 hours from delivery to contact me. All vintage clothing should be professionally cleaned or hand washed. Removing buttons before dry cleaning is recommended. If you are not sure how to care for an item, please ask.

Vintage heels should never never be worn on cobblestone streets. If you live in a walking city and frequently walk from one place to another, rather than drive, you may want to visit a cobbler before wearing your shoes for heel caps or to have the heel reinforced.

No vintage items are 20+ years or older. They are generally available in one size and color.

Do you accept returns? What if an item doesn't fit?

You can always return an item if you've asked for help with fit, were advised it would fit and it doesn't not fit. Just contact me within 2 days of delivery and post mark your return within 7 days.

Otherwise all sales are considered final. Please review all listing photos, and read the description thoroughly.

You can also google "shoe size conversion chart". All shoes are in US sizes, but the best way to determine fit is to measure the inside of a pair of shoes that fit you well and only buy if the measurements are a close match.

Clothing sizes vary from country to country and brand to brand. So please use the measurements to determine fit. If you need assistance, please send me your measurements (bust, waist, hip, height in cm or inches) and I will advise if something is likely to fit.

Can you reserve this item for me?

Yes I can reserve any item for 24 hours for free. If you would like to reserve an item for longer than 24 hours, just send your email address and the length of time you need to pay and I will send you a PayPal invoice. All reserve payments must be made through PayPal, however you do not need a PayPal account, just a credit card to pay.
