This box has all the tools you need to create healthy hair habits. Regular hair care is important for all hair types and textures, to maintain your hair's health. Place the Mira Que Wow heating cap on a clean glass or ceramic plate in a microwave with elastic facing up. Heat for a total of 3 times, in 30 to 45-second intervals, removing your MQW heat cap to flip inside out and replace in the microwave at each interval. Reheat after 20 mins.

Spot clean only. Do not immerse in water. We recommend using a reusable plastic cap under your heating cap to help keep it clean.

Minimize the use of high heat tools.

Drink plenty of water.

Wear a swim cap when swimming, or wet your hair before to minimize the absorption of chlorine.

Over-washing can strip your hair of its natural oils. Washing less frequently can help to maintain a healthy balance.
